Absolutely amazing! We had another brown sugar softener previously that never worked, so we were pretty skeptical, but this one worked like a charm.Typical story time: Our brown sugar was rock hard.... I’m talking ‘chip away at it with a knife and still can’t get any chunks’ hard. We put the softener in water for 20 minutes, as instructed, then placed it into the brown sugar container overnight. The next morning we were able to scoop through parts of the brown sugar, but it was still a bit chunky / hard. So, we re-soaked the softener for another 20 minutes, put it back into the container and a day later, you honestly can’t tell the difference between the old stuff and the new stuff we bought thinking we needed to replace everything. :)10/10, highly recommend!!

Not sure if mine had been defective or what but this item did not work for me. I tried multiple times, did everything I was supposed to and more, and still didn't work. Been using a bread slice since and no issues what so ever.

Very satisfied with my purchase, would buy again as a gift

I had high hopes that this item would keep my brown sugar soft, but it didn't. The leaf, when damp, soaked up the sugar, and was coated in it. Not pleased and would not purchase again.

This product works. I have always had one on the go. My only complaint is the price. I literally bought the least costly one I could find, & that was here on amazon. Fast shipping.
