I have persistent lower back pains whenever it snows. When physio or massage therapy becomes less available during the COVID pandemic and with very limited financial coverage with my current drug plan, I am very pleased to find this cold and hot pad to cure my lower back pain. It is easy to reheat in a microwave. The elastic strap is very helpful in stabilizing the pad in my lower back. I can sit still in front of my laptop and work for a long period of time. And even better, I can smell the natural lavender scent. I am very happy to make this smart purchasing choice. I would recommend it to whoever is also suffering from lower back pain :-)

Great ice pack, freezes back up extremely quickly. Wish it was a little larger to cover more of the back area but has become my go to ice pack for pain. Stays cold for a long time and stays in place with the elastic band.

I bought this in November - I have used it half a dozen times and now the small beads are coming out from one side, as shown in the photo so therefore can't use it as you can't put it in the microwave or freezer! I wanted to return it and hoped you'd replace it for a new one as it did help, ​but it's out of return date!
