This pillow has been life changing for me. I usually wake up with a headache and neck and shoulder pain because of my pillow. I have gone through, without exaggeration, 25 pillows in the past few years. This pillow was recommended to me by one of my daughters who had the same problem as I did. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance. The box arrived quickly. I opened it hoping that there would be none of the "odor" that some reviewers spoke of. There was NO odor. The pillow opened up and fluffed up quickly. I washed what needed to be washed along with the pillowcase that I had also purchased. the first night I slept very well. Woke up with no discomfort. I felt that I might do even better if I removed some of the filling which I did and could NOT believe how well I slept the second night. That was over a week ago and each night is the same story. It's so comfortable and the "Vee" in the pillow allows for support not only for my neck but also my shoulders. I highly recommend this pillow.

I'm not Just not as well as I had hoped for. I love the fact that you can adjust this with GOOD filler. Not that junk that some other companies uses. It new and clean. They cover on this is amazing. Fells soooo nice I wish it was an actual pillow case. The zipper is a good quality nylon and very smooth. I don't get the impression that it will ever get caught in anything that is part of the pillow. Now the shoulder arch or moon style pillows. I like it but after using this pillow I almost wished I got the smaller regular pillow. I'm not sure the shoulder one helps. Overall it is a great pillow and well worth the price I just wish I would have read some more about these. I feel like the extra amount I paid could have been saved. Thank you

I bought a curved pillow where you could remove the cover and throw it in the wash. However that pillow cover began to pill! I found these pillow cases and they fit beautifully! Color was as expected, fabric is soft (I wish it were a tad softer) but for the price I can’t complain. They zip up instead of having an open end like a normal pillow case, which I like. We wash them every week and they have held up great.

I am always looking for the perfect side-sleeper pillow, and this one almost fits the bill. I’ve taking stuffing out, trying to get the right “feel”. It is not lumpy, as some other brands seem to be (based on reviews). The pieces of foam, etc. are very small. I have actually been using it more as a lap pillow; the curve is perfect for that! In fact, it is on my lap right now, as I type this review! Over all, I’m glad I purchased it!

UPDATE: This company obviously cares about their customers and the products they are selling. Customer service contacted me after reading my complaint. They apologized and explained that a shipment of zippers was found faulty from the manufacturer after it was too late to be corrected. They are sending me a new pillow cover that should have a better zipper function. Five stars for a company who stands behind their product! ORIGINAL: The Sidney cover is a perfect fit for the curved pillow and easy to get on/off for washing. A traditional, standard pillowcase is too short, loose fitting, and doesn't stay in place through the night. The cover fabric is soft but thin. The zipper is junk and before it ripped a hole in the fabric at one end and quit working, it got stuck every time I used it. I bought the pillow case cover about six weeks ago and unfortunately, missed the return window so I am stuck with it. I am going to buy some fabric and have a local seamstress copy the design, using buttons instead of a zipper.

This pillow is so comfy. I sleep on my side and I can turn this so easy for support! I need to buy a backup!!!

Well made and worth ordering if you purchased the pillow. Washes well but don’t dry in the dryer. Hang it to dry and it only takes a little while to dry. This is stated on the tag. I’m sure this will lengthen the time it stays nice. Have had it for a few months and wash it weekly. Very soft and again it works well the this brand pillow.

When the first cover (singular) was delivered with the pair of pillows, I checked my order and only then realized that under Product Information there is a drop-down description that does include "number of items 1," but it never occurred to me to drill down for additional details when the description stated COVERS. So, that meant ordering a second case for the second pillow. In between the time I placed that order and received it today, I learned that the metal zipper pull on the case, because of its placement, bangs up against the headboard every time my husband moves his head. If I had known it was going to be that obnoxious, I would not have wasted the money on a second one. Now I am left with the additional aggravation of having to find nylon zipper pulls (plural) to hopefully alleviate the annoying sleep-disrupting noises. Comfort? We haven't gotten that far yet.
