These Skylight Blinds Will save on our AC bill in our short-term rental while still having beautiful natural light! The option to open and close manually is great and done with ease with our ordered pole. Installation was a little longer for the first skylight, just as we prepared and had a learning curve. Went quickly and at ease for the next two. 30 minutes max for each. Great product!

Easier to set up than expected and fit pretty well, with a few little gaps but that might be my fault in measuring. The pole isn't great and it's hard to grab the slot with the pole so it makes for difficult opening and closing (I'd take off half a star for that). I still think this is too expensive for what it is, but it was the best option I found.

After struggling to find similar products that cost way... too much, I decided to give these a shot. They aren't built exceptionally well but they don't need to be, it's a simple product and it's extremely easy to install, still more expensive than what I think it should be but it's much cheaper than the other options. Makes sleeping for night shift much easier as they block out alot of light. Definitely recommend them for those looking for this type of product.

I was super impressed by the ease of installation, functionality, and the aesthetic. This worked perfectly on our skylight to block the light and heat on the hottest days, and to let the sunshine in on the cooler days.

Nice shades. A bit more difficult to install than I had thought, but quality product and I would buy again.

Purchased 2 of these for skylights. Easy install 30 minutes or less per window and they work great. Just be sure to take the 1/8 inch off of the actual measurement and then add the foam gasket around the blind that is included total black out. Highly recommend!!

Upon receiving this package (all the way from China) I was skeptical because of the lightweight materials and directions. Anyone who ordered or looked at the price of this customized product probably was shocked. All in all, the shade is effective and designed okay enough to block to light. The materials could be more substantial but it really is totally light blocking, other than the little sides where there may or may not be cracks of light due to sizing issues. Assembly is quite easy but the directions are pretty lousy and general. Just sit on the ground or a flat surface with it and you'll figure it out. One thing I will say is the ease of the sliding shade part is smooth, making you think no one will yank on it too hard, causing it to break. We're really quite happy with these but wish they weren't so pricey and find them all in all overpriced.

I ordered two of these blinds. I followed the instructions about measuring. I got a perfect fit. However, the other intended skylight had been framed by a different contractor. The second blind didn't fit the different dimensions Silly me. What fitted, fitted perfectly. Great instruction and a great product. We are very pleased but need to learn how to stop the blinds from closing by themselves under the weight of gravity. Maybe there's a form of tensioner I haven't found yet ??

I was somewhat anxious to make sure this fit the space. Once purchased, I had a quick response from the vendor to double check my measurements and then the item was sent out quickly. Fairly easy to install and smooth operation. Since most windows are not 100% square, you get a felt like runner that is sticky on one side that you put around the shade frame before final install to take up any gaps in the sides, top & bottom. It took me about 30 minutes to put the shade in with the help of another for holding during screwing in the shade. Very smooth operation so far. Very impressed!
