How much resin should I weigh out for this jar?

As a beginner, I wasn't sure I done 60ml for the jar as for the lid I made an extra 30ml to experiment with colours, sorry I couldn't help any more. I'm just trial and error stage 🤷♀️

What type of epoxy resin should be used? because it's thin but deep, i'm not sure if i should use resin for deep casts or for shallow casts. thanks!

i didnt use resin with mine i used aqua cast very easy dries like china then painted and vanished you will need a fair bit of resin to get good finish.
