I have a condition with my knee cap where it it turns in a little. At times it really hurts and is hard to bend down. My orthopedic said it is nothing to worry about that alot of people have the same problem. When it starts to hurt I am suppose to wear my brace. The brace is big and bulky and I do not like wearing it. I recently came across Body Gesic and tried it. This stuff really works, it's great. When I start to hurt I just rub some on and forget about my brace. Finally something that works! Oh and it is natural, even better.
