What is the difference between the monster m-series 3000 certified premium hdmi 2.1, 48gbps, 8k ready and monster ultra high-speed 8k cobalt hdmi 2.1?

They are both ready for 8k tvs, but I know the premium is higher quality cable. It could be just the color of the cable. If you buy right first time, you don't have to buy again. This was my 10 and 11th monster cable, they last. Wish I had a better answer but I believe it's quality and the cobalt is just the color. Check the specs in the items page. Good luck

can it do 8k at 120hz?

It is a HDMI 2.1 48gbps, it does 4k @ 120hz and 8k @ 60hz..

This hdmi cable is 3x more expensive compare to other brands with same specs. I don’t have a problem spending if it is worth it. what should I expect?

I had monster 1.4 cable which had great picture and video quality Bought these because I upgraded to a ps5 gaming system I use for games and bluray disc whick 4k/8k to my 20/20 eyes was shock to see vast improvement of video quality colors just pop more more detail which honestly thought they would not make any difference they did audio playing bluray disc solid and dynamic very please with this upgrade very well build cable ben using for over a year now. going with my eyes and ears see and hear 10/10.

I received the 3m length cable last month and found its not Braided Jacket! But the caption mentioned!?

I never bought a 3m just 2x 1.5m and they are both braided. You sure yours is not a counterfit? Lots of people have been doing such things for a very long time but I am not definitevly stating that yours is. Have you tried sending an e mail directly to Monster Cable customer service? They can tell ya.
