I'm no physician not am I in the medical field but after allot of research I think I could have IBS, IBD, Celiac or Chrons. I was in severe pain for a week and trying to decide if I should go to the doctor or to the Dr. The pain would come and go with several bouts of diarrhea, bloating or gas. Seems like I'd have a bad pain then would come the trips to the bathroom and nothing seemed to help. So after research I went to Amazon and searched for bloating, IBS and leaky gut meds. Looked at several and after reading reviews of different pills I decided on A1-5. I've been taking this with another supplement and yogurt for breakfast, going on week 4 now. For the first few days I was taking 1, 3/day with meals and I started having a terrible headache. I cut back to 2/day with meals and the headaches went away. One day I took an hour before a meal and it made me really nauseous. Well, after week one, my pain subsided a little but I felt better and my bathroom habits were solid and better than it's been in over a year! So, after 3 weeks, pain in my side is very minimal and I can eat almost anything, except bacon, that still troubles my stomach, and I feel allot better. Been using this for about 3 weeks and it’s starting to be a beautiful relationship. Don’t have many gut issues other than the bloat here and there but I do have inflammation issues due to the constant gym lifestyle. When I started taking this I was going through a serious bloat, felt full and stomach was not good at all. My coach mentioned me getting an anti inflammatory and this was referred to me. About 3 days in I started to notice a big relief along with the tummy getting flatter. And not to mention my aches and pains from joint inflammation (knee mostly) are gone.
