Westmore Beauty Body Coverage Perfector - 2W Warm Radiance - 7 oz

I haven't worn shorts for YEARS because of spider veins - even after 4 rounds of sclerotherapy, I have new ones forming and I feel very self-conscious about my legs. Having a self tan helps, but isn't always possible. This product was exactly what I needed. I followed the directions. I applied to my lower and upper legs (I wanted to make sure my legs were covered a good 3" to 4" above my shorts line. I only applied one good coat and waited 15 minutes. I was standing in front of a rotating fan, which I have in my bathroom, and it is a MUST when it's July in Texas. The product was easy to use and easy to apply. I was a bit nervous that the color looked too orangeish when it was first applied, but I decided to trust the process. I used a white washcloth to buff buff buff. The color was no longer 'orangish' and looked more natural and blended perfectly. Then I waited another 10 minutes before getting dressed. By the way, I tried washing the washcloth with soap and water, and the product did not budge. (see below - I was able to restore the washcloth) I wore shorts to a baseball game. It was 100 outside (real feel was 112 with humidity), and nothing came off on my clothes or my leather car seats... nothing. Zero transfer. The final product is lightweight and didn't leave any sticky feeling - I couldn't feel it on my skin whatsoever. I was outside walking around in the Texas heat and sweating, and there was zero transfer. My legs sweat and zero product came off - and I noticed nothing 'different' or 'off' at all. I used Bioderma Atoderm Body Cleansing Oil to remove the product from my legs before bedtime. I even used the cleansing oil on the white washcloth I used for buffing - and its back to its original white shade (not even a dingy white - its white). I highly recommend this product. Yes, it's more than just putting on lotion and going - but that's a given. It's worth the extra steps to ensure it doesn't transfer and looks natural. It didn't camouflage my veins, but they looked 99% better than they looked before I applied this product. It looked good enough for me to finally wear shorts outside - and even inside - I don't wear shorts even inside. I wanted to share that tidbit as I feel it really demonstrates how well this worked for me.

It was my second time using Westmore Body Coverage on my legs. I applied two coats on the first day to ensure I had not streaks. The finish to my legs was beautiful with a silky soft glow great coverage not caked. I also used it on my décolleté (neck area) and it did stayed in place even in the 96 Fahrenheit heat. The coverage is buildable as stated, I did two coats the first day and another coat the second day. The product was waterproof, you will have to rub baby oil on tissues, soap on a washcloth to remove it. I left it on for about three days and I even had a plunge in the pool. Pat dry don’t rub and avoid soap or anything that may rub it off. It is a bit pricey but worth the investment as it is a quality product. I plan on buying the slight darker shade for the summer.

I really love the finish and staying power of this body makeup. It goes on easily, evens out my ghostly pale legs, and once you do the final buff about 20 minutes after applying, it truly doesn't transfer onto clothes. It's perfect for wearing shorts while running errands or for special events when you want your skin tone to look more even without committing to self-tanner. The color is absolutely fabulous- BEST I've ever used...natural and ZERO orange to it. My biggest complaint is the sunscreen issue. While the product is impressively waterproof, you can't really reapply sunscreen over it without risking streaks. The instructions say to apply an oil-free sunscreen first, let it absorb, and then apply the body coverage. That works...until you're outside for hours or at the pool and need to reapply SPF. At that point, you're left choosing between sun protection and looking like a streaky zebra. For everyday wear or an evening event, it's fantastic. For beach or pool days where you'll need multiple sunscreen applications, I'd skip it.

I purchased the body coverage perfector in Natural Radiance because I have horrible red and purple spots and bruising on my arms and legs. I also purchased the brush that is sold along with it. I learned that you need a decent brush to spread and buff out the product. So far, I have worn this on my arms and bottom part of my legs. It was very easy to put on my arms and buff it out, then I sprayed on some inexpensive setting spray that you can buy in Sephora, I waited about 10 minutes and then I got dressed and went out. I was pleasantly surprised at how natural it looked and it didn't come off until later in the day. I have no idea how it would do in the rain. It is much harder to brush onto my legs, it takes a long time and it is harder to get it all even, so I have to practice that. I am in my upper 60's and I have very thin skin that has awful red and purple marks on it, and they are hard to cover. For the darker marks, I put on dermablend corrector in the color Sand (30 N), you can just dab it on the really bad marks and then put Westmore body perfector over it. I do not like the dermablend product all over my arms, it looks fake and it is too heavy. That is why I bought the body perfector, it is lighter and looks far more natural. I'll see how this goes and maybe I'll continue to use it. So, two weeks later I have been using this body coverage perfector in Natural Radiance and I have been tweaking my routine. First off, a lot of reviewers feel that it doesn't have enough coverage, and indeed it is called "natural radiance" for a reason, it is supposed to look natural on your skin and not cakey and weird looking. That's why I like it. What I have been doing is to first use a crayon like concealer such as Dermablend quick fix full coverage stick in beige or Minimalist in Bisque, it is thick like a crayon. These are expensive but my dermablend crayon has lasted well over a year and I still have a lot left, so these are used to just dab onto your darkest spots and then use the natural radiance, just put a small amount onto your brush, it has to be a good buffer brush to blend everything in. I don't use Dermablend or Minimalist crayons all over my legs or arms because they are too thick and look unnatural. This is why I like Natural Radiance because it looks like my skin, only better! You should play around with the color of your crayon, you don't want it to be too light or dark, and then play around with how much natural radiance you need to cover up dark spots and veins. I am in my upper 60's and have ugly dark red and purple spots all over my legs and arms and veins, and I know I will never be able to cover up all of these and I'm OK with that. Westmore Natural Radiance makes me look better, not perfect. Try it and see. Ok so I am 48 years old and my skin, like most women my age, has been "kissed" by the sun more than it should. Years of thinking it would never affect me has finally caught up as I age. My skin has lots of white pigment spots and a kind of translucent old lady appearance-white with red and more white spots. I have gotten quite self conscious wearing anything that shows my legs, arms or chest because of this...my skin just looks blotchy and old for lack of a better way to describe it. I have been using a self tanner for last couple years to at least not look like a corpse since I am trying to now protect my skin from more sun damage, but it just tans me and doesn't hide any of the blotchy appearance. Enter this magic formula! Holy absolute c**p this stuff is amazing!!! My skin looks 20 years younger! It helps to blend the blotchy-ness and give me a nice even skin tone. It makes my skin glow with a nice tanned look. My skin looks soft and silky and just glowing with this stuff! I was amazed when I started with an arm/hand and compared to my untouched side...had to stop and take a photo. I was like "OH MY GOD, IT LOOKS SO GOOD!" It not only adds a nice tanned glow but it really does even out the blotchy appearance making my skin look more like it did in my 30s. I was going to say 20s but maybe not quite that good but I will take any improvement I can get! You can still see my darker age spots but they don't seem as noticeable with everything else looking more even and smoothed out. I tested putting it on last night after I showered then sleeping in it to see how it held up and if it transferred. I did see a little on my white sheets but really not much and in the morning I washed my face and reapplied for the day and my skin looks amazing. This is a body makeup, which I have never used, it won't stay on after a shower with soap and water, which is fine. The difference this stuff makes in how much younger and smooth my skin looks is totally worth applying every day to any exposed skin. This will now be my foundation for my face any other skin not covered by my clothes. I will feel confident to wear skirts or shorts without nylons (which I hate) which is an amazing feeling! I bought a less expensive off-brand blend and blur brush which worked great to apply the product. You really don't need much. I squirted a bit on the brush then worked it into my skin. After I was done applying I used the glove from my other self tanner to buff it out. Let it dry for 10-15 min and I was good to go. It doesn't rub off like normal foundation will. No sticky feeling and best of all NO smell!! I hate the smell that self tanners leave behind, this one doesn't smell at all and I am very sensitive to smells. The only bad is that a self tanner will last for a few days even after showering, this won't, but the coverage this gives is worth it. This product will replace my face powder foundation and other self tanner. If I could dip myself in this stuff I would, I am so in love with how great it makes my skin look. My hubby instantly saw the difference and loved how it made me look. You can layer it to get more coverage...but if you are expecting it to cover darker spots or tattoos, I can't see it doing that without caking it on very very heavy. Even then it wouldn't really and would look gross. but if you have blotchy old lady skin like I do and just want a youthful even glow, then you will absolutely love this stuff! Photos show one layer of the product next to an untouched side. Amazing difference right!?

It’s nice but nothing like I see on IG. The full coverage is something there but the cream is over priced. It’s not a self tanner just more of a shimmer shade of color. I like that it doesn’t have that self tanner smeller. But this cream doesn’t stick to the brush. I literally turn the brush to apply to my legs and the cream falls right off the brush. Then as soon as you touch your skin you can see where you applied it and it’s darker than where you spread it. I think the self tanner creams are better cause you can blend. This takes a lot of blending to do. In my photo you can see where the cream touched me, somewhat of streaking, and you can’t blend it out.

It’s OHHHKAYYYY, but I wouldn’t say great. In fact, I’m a bit baffled at all the rave reviews. The product works as advertised, however I feel it comes with a lot of drawbacks. I’m not sure the spoils are worth the reward. I’ve use for 3 different occasions, here’s my feedback: You definitely need to exfoliate well for even application. My worst complaint - IT’S VERY STICKY! My skin was literally sticky ALL NIGHT LONG. My ankles and legs were sticky when I sat crossed legged. Same with my inner elbows and underarms. SUPER ANNOYING! My 2nd & 3rd time, I avoided those areas. Trust me - it will transfer, it doesn’t stain per se, but it does transfer. My dress at the end of the night had the cover up all over the inside. Along with my robe and towel. It’s a bit messy, even when applying with a big body brush and you need to apply in LIGHT LAYERS. I used little product each layer and swirled it upwards, waited for it to dry COMPLETELY before next layer. You literally have to just walk around naked for a while. By the time you do 2-3 layers if needed, you’re at 45 minutes (at least). You cannot sit anywhere and you can’t really bend your arms or head, as it’s too sticky so the more you move while drying, it becomes blotchy. I also don’t feel like I have major issues to be covered, I just wanted an even smooth tone to my skin for an outdoor wedding. I did have a nasty bruise on my leg that took 3 layers to cover. It did make my skin look airbrushed in a way, but in order to get full on heavy coverage, expect to use the entire tube. I used maybe half doing 2 light layers just on my legs from knees down, arms and décolletage. I finished the tube well by the 3rd application. My 2 & 3rd were arms only.

So my legs have white sun spots, brown spots and some purple veins. I also have some permanent bruising 🤷‍♀️ after a google search about this my algorithm advertised this product. I most def recommend. Pros, it does blend your tone. It does cover (not completely) the blemishes and veins. It can also even out tan lines from shorts. You def need the brush to help blend it, using hands or sponge is not ideal. I also use one line of moisturizer to help blend and prevent stickiness. I suggest starting with a light coverage letting it sit and then adding layers if needed. I personally don’t want a caked on look so I keep it light. Cons, I don’t like the “radiance” shimmer. I prefer if it doesn’t have that glow but you might like it. You must use a makeup remover cloth to clean otherwise water and soap will not remove it. It’s waterproof and swim proof. Nothing left on clothing as long as you allow it to dry. I usually apply after shower then makeup and hair and then dress. I think it is well worth the price. I’m 55 and as I age the legs aren’t looking so healthy anymore. Give it a try!

After 7hrs the cream I applied on my leg ,It stain the floor I was sitting

This is definitely not the same as the last one that I purchased from Westmore site. This is darker and doesn't blend as well. Not sure what's happened here.

Wow. This cream covered my scars and the marks on my legs. Now able to wear shorts and skirts with confidence. We will definitely try again when I run out of the of the cream.

It is amazing 🤩 it covers the scars pretty well and it leaves beautiful shimmering skin. This is original product and it is worth it to purchase it even if it is pricey
