Utilitarian mug for the relaxing individual.
A really great coffee cup! Given thats all I drink in mine. So the the heat retention is good and keeps coffee and tea hot. the seal on the lid is good and taking it off is easy with no worry of spilling your drink. Cleaning the lid is a breeze and removal of the seal is easy too as well as putting back on. The overall feel and look of the mug is really nice and the quality is superb. The 20oz is the perfect amount for coffee and tea. So if looking for a drinking cup with a nice feel, seal, and drinkability this cup is for you.

Seems well made
For me it is the perfect size for coffee. It holds the temperature well. The material (texture) is good and it looks good. Easy to clean. It is not suitable for cupholders but perfect for desktops. A slide resistant bottom would be great. Regardless, I had material to add slide resistance to cups like this.

Good cup
Good quality cup. It keeps coffee hot and is a good size. Itโs not 100% leakproof but it doesnโt leak when you drink out of it. It does not fit in a cup holder.

Keeps my coffee hot
Keeps my coffee hot for up to 8 hours. Longer than they advertise. The only complaint I have is that the black iridescence is not as pronounced as in the pictures. Otherwise itโs great!

Doesn't fit in my cupholder in the vehicle
I like the cup. Keeps my coffee warm. Handle makes it easy to hold. Downside doesn't fit in my cupholder in my vehicle.

Fantastic colors, cool design. STURDY!! Keeps ice and liquids cold!!! It broadcasts "ME!!!" The "LOOK" says "Super Cool".

It's a insulated mug.
It's a double skinned metal mug 20oz as described. It does keep drinks cold, however the lid seal is rubber push fit and very weak, so carbonated drinks cause the lid to pop off if you close the sip valve. I would not trust it not to spill if you knocked it over. You will likely need a thermos type product with a threaded lid for that.

Very disappointed
Love the color & size of the cup, but coffee doesn't stay hot in it
