Q: Will it be shipped in a cooling bag so it doesn't melt during transit?

These chocolate oranges are delicious, but mine were not shipped in a cooling bag ir dry ice. My last order of these were really stuck together.

Q: I bought 2 pack of 6.17oz, and received 2 packs of 5.5oz. Is it a shipping error or false advertisement?

As per producer company they does not produce 6.17 Oz pack from year 2017. So no seller will provide 6.17 Oz pack to any customer.

Q: So does it taste like orange or does it taste like toffee?

It tastes like orange flavored chocolate with toffee chips in it for a slight crunch. Very tasty
