Amazing for flatfoot Highly recommended

I attached these to a pair of flat very open sandals and I was very impressed with the following: 1. They glued and stayed on the whole time with nothing else around the sandals to support them, 2. Clear colour no one else even knew they were there, complete see through, 3. We’re the sandals all day long and my feet never hurt, please note before this I could not were flat shoes for very long. Would buy these again and again. I want them in all the shoes and sandals and flip flops that I can not use my orthotics.

Used it for my heel boots. Before using this, my feet hurt so much in it after spending an hour or two in it cuz my arch didn't have the necessary arch support Bought this and another brand with lower arch support than this and used both and this won as i had no pain even though I spend 4+ hours on my feet in those boots. It depends on how high your arch. For me that other brand was also ok, had a bit of discomfort whereas this one was perfect. There are adhesive sticker on both sides of it and getting it off might be a bit of challenge.

I am submitting my review to let people know of a few things about this product. One: Do not set the gel in the shoe curve, try it in different places until you find the right angle on your foot arch. I was putting it following the shoe shape, the curvature of the shoe, not my foot, and that made the gel feel akward and not natural, people probably knows that, I did not. Anyways, once I found where my heel was in reference of the insole, that is where I left it. Two: the gel glue allows for repositioning of the gel. Once I found the natural curvature of my foot against the shoe, the get stayed there. The gel also allows you to "shape" it a bit towards the insole for a more natural feel. Thank you for making this product available to us in an affortable price. Three: Remember that most of us have one foot shaped different than the other. The get comes in a clear paper sheet, once you remove it, the glue portion is exposed, if you are afraid of loosing the glue while you are figuring out where to put it in your show, you could cut the paper and leave the gel on it, until you figure out where excatly your arch "sits" on your foot. Also, do not feel limited to set it down on the flat surface of the insole. I ended up setting the left foot gel kind of half way in the flat portion of the insole, and another portion of the gel in the shape of the inner side of the shoe, that was the best most natural and most comfortable position of the get for my foot and shoe. they dont even remotely stick in my shoes. straight off the sheet they have almost no stickiness at all. complete false advertising
