PMS Comfort: Natural Herbal Hormonal Support for PMS & PMDD Symptoms (2 Months Supply)

This product has quite literally saved my life. Before I found it and started using it, I had been experiencing severe symptoms of PMDD for a little over a year. A few days before my period I would become so angry, irritable, and even suicidal. I felt crazy. It was quite scary. I also experienced cramps, waking up between 2-4am unable to fall back asleep and night sweats. I felt like I couldn't go anywhere or be around anyone during this time. I tried so many other products, and nothing seemed to help. I felt hopeless. I had actually tried several of the products listed in the PMS Comfort ingredient list (chaste berry/vitex, black cohosh, and Dong Quai) already, but they either gave me severe headaches or didn't seem to help at all. PMS comfort seems to be the perfect blend! I have no negative side effects. I just have my life and mind back! The product is kind expensive, but the serving size is two capsules and I have found that I do great just taking one a day. I up my dose to two a day the week before my period and back off again when I start and it is like a miracle how much better I feel! The bottle says that it may take 2 or 3 months for it to start helping, but I started taking it a week before my period the first time and I had minimal PMDD symptoms. The following month and every month since I have had almost NO PMS or PMDD symptoms. This is the most valuable supplement I have and I will not go anywhere without it.

This stuff really works for any female hormonal issues! After the birth of a child at age 37 my hormones were a mess, and a couple years later things were feeling even worse! I felt bad more weeks than not, had painful bloating and cramps midcycle for days, and my emotions were a mess, anger, sadness, stress, and becoming enraged at the littlest thing. I decided to try this stuff and it really helped! After about 2 months of taking this with Cal/Mag/Vitamin D and fish oil, my bloating and cramps midcycle have pretty much stopped and my emotions are much more level and I'm feeling much happier! I didn't realize how much this helped until I went off of it for a month (I ran out, then went on vacation, and didn't order more right away when I got back). Within a couple weeks of being off it I noticed my moods went back to feeling sad and angry and stressed out. But the big thing I hadn't even realized - after the birth of my son I developed a bad case of eczema on my hand that never went away. I didn't even realize it had completely gone away when I was taking this stuff, until it came back as soon as I stopped! Now that I have been taking it again for a week the eczema is again clearing up. So this stuff really does seem to help so many hormonal issues than just PMS - I never even had PMS, my issues were always other things, but I had decided to give this stuff a try anyway and it has helped me so much. I now have it on Subscribe and Save and won't run out again.

I was looking for something that would help with my pre-menstrual symptoms. My symptoms were so sever that they would affect my daily work and really put a cramp into my life. I usually am exhausted for a week before my period is to come and then on the day before and day of my period I wake up with a sever sinus headache that even medicine won't touch. After researching for natural remedies I found PMS Comfort and decided to give it a try. I have taken this for one month so far. The fatigue that I experienced was significantly decreased compared to without it. The day that I got my period I was shocked because I had no headache!!! None at all. That right there was a major benefit to me! I am on month 2 of the pills now and am looking forward to being on this regularly to see how much more it can help me. The website says sometimes it takes up to 3 months for it to have a full effect, so if it can help with my headache after one month, I'm sure it will help with the rest after 3 months. :) I do recommend this!!!

I will update the rating after a month of use or after my next cycle.(Sorry for the long review)Okay, so I've been suffering from "depression", anxiety, anger outbursts, crying spells, feeling overwhelmed, highly exhausted, feeling out of control, needing help etc.. for a while now.There was a time about a year or two ago I went on anxiety meds.. oh they were wonderful. I felt motivated, I had my energy back, I felt happy right.Okay, so what I'm trying to get to is that I thought that I was going crazy. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me or why I felt so out of control or sad. I have nothing to be sad about! I believe I am truly blessed, so it doesn't make sense for me to be depressed (it just doesn't make sense to me). After searching on Google and Pinterest for Vitamins and/or remedies I could take I ran into something that I didn't know anything about! PMDD!! I started reading into it and it made perfect sense!! I noticed that I would get highly exhausted (like I was on sleeping pills) as soon as this thing would hit me, than the irritability, than the anger and emotional crying, and so on and so forth. It's something so lonely, dark, sad, and scary :(! And 3-4 days after my period I noticed that I was out of that dark cave..Somehow after all the browsing and etc I ran unto PMS control, searched it and read the reviews. I felt hopeful and thankful knowing I'm not alone with this.My last period was about a week to two weeks ago. I'm really praying that these vitamins/herbal remedy works at least a little bit; I don't want to take medicine for these episodes that feel like hell.I will update after the next cycle and see how it helps or not..
