I have tried several different types of four inch band clamps in my wood shop dust collection system, including thumbscrew style and screwdriver style worm clamps.These are the best I have ever tried, and i have trashcanned all other styles. (Okay, so I actually just dumped them in the far back of a drawer, to use in an emergency).I use a drill with a hex socket on low torque to tighten and loosen. Do that, and you will never be disappointed.

Yes they are inexpensive but why should they be costly? They are worth every penny and then some. They work well, are easy to install, easy to remove and easy to store.

Nice quality but it doesn't follow the wire in the dust hose like i thought it would. Still works fine just not as refined as anticipated. I like the ones with the thumbs screws better also

Great ways to connect 4 inch sawdust collector pipe. Put a plastic 4 inch connector onto each end of the connector pipe and put a wire clamp on the pipe and it forms a dust free connection. You can also slide a metal coffee can (4 in diameter) inside the pipe and put the connectors on...if you can find one.

Clamps are easy to adjust and to install with a drill and #2 Robertson bit. Holds the 4" plastic dust collector hose firmly onto the galvanized mating fitting.
