Can the sheets be trimmed for fitting?

Yes, they trim easily. I trim mine to 10 1/2" x 8 1/2" to fit a toaster oven baking pan.

Can these be used straight on oven rack?

I have used them for years. Their intended use is as a liner, not a baking pan. In my opinion they are not rigid enough by themselves.

Does this emit a Chemical smell?

No smell, no taste, these work great. Biscuits brown and cookies on the bottom and don't stick or burn. Love them! We have silicone baking sheets that are over 20 years old and still going strong.

Can you iron on these?

I don’t know as I never thought that I will iron these sheets. I bought them to be used for baking.
