Does this leave surface oily like Armorall?

Not really. It’s a good lubricant. I do t use armpit all on the rubber seals though. Hope this helps.

Is this product silicone based?

I don't know if it is silicone based but it does contain silicone which is used to condition the rubber seal

Can I use this on my trailer's tires?

Rubber Seal Conditioner is made for rubber seals around doors. Do not use on tires.

Will this work on a truck's sunroof?

I don’t know why it wouldn’t but it may be best to call the manufacturer, it works great for what it’s intended for

Good stuff

It’s a good product,I use it on windscreen wipes to keep the rubber strip flexable avoiding drying of wipers during summer,use it on car door seals and engine hoses and steering boots to avoid drying out and cracking. The other problem is it has to be ordered from amazon .com (USA)deliver is ok,amazon UK needs keep UK stock availability.
