It's very light , you have to fill it up with something heavy to be able to throw combos , otherwise you gonna have to wait after every punch untill the bag swings back to you , but for kids it's fine.

This punching bag and gloves were a homerun birthday present for my seven-year-old. The gloves are a perfect fit for his hands, I haven’t filled the bag yet but it sounds easy enough with sandbags and old clothes. We plan to hang out for the rafters in the basement in our “Gym”. The material looks sturdy and will stand up to my sons exuberant punching. Very happy with my purchase, and look forward to seeing him work on his combos and technique. Perfect for ,getting out some of his extra energy! Highly recommend

It's super easy to install. It comes empty so you'll need to purchase sand or something to fill it.

You do have to find stuff to fill it your self. Make sure you google how to properly fill these. We bought for our 7 yr old and you have to properly weight it with a mix of small sand bags and old clothes. But I was impressed with quality of material for the bag and gloves! It was the cheapest price out there too

I ordered this for my 7 year old son for his birthday. I filled it with old stuffed animals and hung it from our swing set. I do bring it in each night to avoid it getting wet. But, I didn't want to hang it from the ceiling in the house so this has been a wonderful alternative for us. Plus, it gets him out of the house too! The boxing gloves fit him perfectly. I would highly recommend this product as it is affordable and good quality.
