Took it out of the box and the on/off switch fell off! My son was so excited to use it he tore open the box so I was unable to return it;(

returned this item as it was damaged during shipping. it looks as pictured but was kinda plasticy.

So disappointed. Thought this was an aurometheropy diffuser. Now it's almost $9 to return ☹

this arrived in a crushed box, and it look like it was used.
