I ordered this Honeywell air purifier from Amazon, it arrived on December 11, 2025, and from the very first time I plugged it in, it was completely useless. The display immediately flashes AQ1 at 500 (the maximum reading) and stays locked there no matter what—clean room, open window, fan on high, nothing changes it. It just mindlessly blows room-temperature air around like a cheap desk fan and then randomly shuts itself off after a few minutes. This thing doesn’t purify air; it’s a $200+ plastic brick that pretends to. I immediately contacted Amazon for a replacement—basic expectation when you receive a defective product, right? Wrong. The agent told me there are “no replacements available” (shocker), but I could get a full refund once the item is returned. Fine. They scheduled a pickup for December 16th. Guess what? Nobody showed up. No driver, no notification, nothing. I log into the Amazon app and it now says “Delivery Rejected” (for a pickup!). Zero explanation, zero update, zero way to reschedule without starting the entire return process over. Trying to reach Amazon customer service after that is a joke. Days later, I still have a broken, expensive piece of junk sitting in my living room and Amazon is happily holding onto my money. This isn’t incompetence; this feels deliberate. Deliver obviously faulty units, charge full price, then throw up every possible roadblock to returns and refunds so customers eventually give up. Honeywell clearly doesn’t test or care about quality, and Amazon is enabling it with the worst post-sale support I’ve ever experienced. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—do NOT buy this Honeywell air purifier. And honestly, think twice before trusting Amazon with anything expensive anymore. Worst purchasing experience of my life. Zero stars if I could.

Product is good, works well, seems conform to advertised parameters. One thing must be said that annoys me. It is a bit noisy (for me). The noise does not seem to be aerodynamic, it seems that DC motor is used and it is PWM controller is producing this noise. On speed 1 it is ok, but above this speed it could have been calmer specially during night. It must be said, to be fair, that I have not checked this parameter from other comparable brands.

It is very nice product,working effectively,light indicator is also working good.sound is very silent when it turn green,it is not audible in green light mode,little noisy when it is red,but it remains red for few minutes only than it will switch to orange,as it purolifies the air.

Worth buying. Removes dust and odor effectively, easy to use, and build quality is very good. Trusted Honeywell product.

The product seems to be working fine and I bought it after a thorough research as it was one of the best air purifiers you can buy. But since I am not getting an option to leave seller feedback. I am mentioning it here. I have ordered two of these purifiers and both of them had packaging issue. One was damaged and other one was a used one (someone must have returned it, as all the inside packing covers were torn, filter was also out of cover). But because of the worse air quality and out of stock status of this product, I so not have the luxury to return these, as they may not again come in stock for a long time and I needed them urgently. The product is working fine for now, so keeping them, but the delivery and packaging experience was worse. But seriously, If I had an option I would have retired both these products. The seller (CONVEX GADGETS) is very untrustworthy as both products sent by them have issues. I would highly suggest NOT to consider this seller while buying your products. They are taking advantage of customer's situation.

Here are some cons - 1. This does not auto-restart after a power cut. Thus it you are living in India, where short power cuts are often, then this Air Purifier is useless. While you are sleeping in the night, there is a brief power cut for 2 mins, the purifier does not restart. And you end up sleeping whole night in pollution. 2. The Wifi feature is not reliable. It does not work all the time, specifically when you need it. 3. The digital meter is also not reliable. I have a separate meter and this purifier always reports much lower, like 30 when it really is 100.

Nice Air Purifier. Satisfied with the purchase after checking lots of brands and models. This one provides better filtration for 5 stage with Hepa and Activated Carbon with a warranty of 2 years. Best part is its coverage for larger rooms. Provides colour indicator on Air Quality. Overall, a great buy!!
