Loses heat very quickly. Quite a reliable design effective for mothers back Please make one more varient with gel technology to hold heat for 5 + min without putting it on 220v non stop

Received used product with hairs, and scratched logo
The box was visibly opened before, the product had hairs,, and looked like it had been used for a long time, even the logo was scratched and was not visible to read. it was disgusting.
