I was a bit skeptical at first to order furniture only, but I jumped at it because no one in town had what I wanted and I was also pressed for time since I needed it before an upcoming party day. I am SO glad I did!! They arrived 1 day earlier than the scheduled date, which was amazing, they were easy to put together, and very, very comfortable. The reclining angles are just right, I can pick how high or reclined I want to be, the motors are quiet, and the fabric, color and design are just what I wanted. One usb charger doesn't work, but I will contact the company to see how that can be fixed. I'm sure they will have the r ight answer. Otherwise, it's a great price, product and service.

Great sofa at a good price. My wife and I put it together but we thought we had a defective one since the left backrest hung up on the center backrest when reclining. My son came home and noticed I had put the right and left backrests on the wrong sides. After reversing them, it works great. Massage, heat and recline all work great.

This is a cozy recliner with a storage box and four cup holders. It has three reclining positions--TV, snooze, and drool. Honestly, In the last two positions, all the weight is taken off your lower back and it feels wonderful! The third position, which I like to call drool because that is what happens when I'm in it, is good for sleeping. Snooze works pretty well for napping too, especially if you are "watching" the appropriate TV show. We got it with heat and massage. The heat feature feels great on the lower back, but the massage if like a bunch of buzzing bees. Nothing like the massage chairs you find at nail salons. You have to be able to plug the recliner into an electrical outlet because even the recline feature requires electricity. I was in snooze once when the electricity went off. I could barely get out of the chair because my legs were raised up and it wouldn't go down! The recliner comes in two boxes and you have to put it together unless you pay another $100 for someone else to do it. It goes together reasonably well, but it is DIY, so there are some gaps between sections that you would not have if you bought a fully-assembled piece. Also in the back, the skirt needs to be about 6 inches longer to cover up the wires and hardware for plugging in the chair. I am going to add an extra piece of fabric (someday) to hide all that since the way we have the furniture arranged, that messy bit is very visible. This is a comfortable chair that will hopefully last 5-10 years, which is fine for our needs. You might think twice if you are looking for something more permanent.

Thus a very comfortable love seat. It was time to replace my 18 year old loveseat, especially since last summer I had updated my family room and the old love seat did not go with the decor. I did a lot of searching over the net and in stores and could not find anything that I liked. Finally ran across this love seat that was half the price of most stores and offered more features than anything I looked at. The chair reclines fully and it has a massager with heat the ultimate relaxing chair. The massager goes from the legs to the shoulders, it has 3 levels with multiple massage functions, and hits all the key areas. The heat is on the back I did not feel it on the legs or seat, that does mean its not there, it may require more time to heat those areas. There were a couple of draw backs: 1) the massager is a bit loud, I think it will be lower with continued use. 2) During assembly there is a metal plate that joins the two halves together that goes on the bottom. The plates are suppose to slide between the legs on the bottom and be screwed in, according to the instructions. This process caused a bit of a challenge. had to release the screws on the legs in order to slide the plate in to the slot in order to align the holes for the screws. This proved to be a bit difficult, the screws came out of the legs. I was able to get one plate on then the weight cause the it to buckle making it hard to connect the second plate. During the process of connecting the second plate the screws I had loosen on the legs came out. You do not want this to happen, once the plate was in place it became very difficult to align the screws on the legs to the bar it connects to (the bar has a self locking bolt), with a bit of muscle I was able to get the screws to align and connect. That was the hardest and longest part of assembly. I would definitely recommend this loveseat. Just be mindful of the connection plate.

Arrived complete and in undamaged shipping boxes. Assembly was easy, everything is working great, the only thing is the material is warm or doesn't breathe well for sitting on in the summer heat here in the AZ, 110 deg desert so have to use a bath towel the back and seat so I don't get sweaty while sitting and get sticky and be uncomfortable, I presume it will be just fine in the winter's cold weather. Otherwise it is a very good coutch 👍👍.

Too much space between sections. Too many things, especially the tv remote, falls through or get stuck. Other than that, it works fine and comfortable.

I ordered this 2 days ago, and was not expecting it for another week in. I came home today to find 4 boxes in front of my door. They were too heavy for me, and hard to put the couch together, so I paid the neighbors teenager $100 to bring my old couch to the end of the driveway and put this couch together. The color is absolutely gorgeous, and it feels like velvet. I love everything about it. It’s made so sturdy, and the massage is so great on my body. Love the cup holders, and love that I can charge my phone, and put things, on the side of the couch, and my phone in the front, while charging the phone. This was the Best Buy, that I have bought, in a very long time. Well worth the money. Thank you McCombo
