Women's Quest Element Gore-tex

I have problems with my ankles ( always rolling and tearing them ). I have to wear a brace to do everything . I own a pair of low ankle Salomon’s and love them but wanted to see if something high ankle would help . When they arrived and I opened the box I thought “ oh no they sent me men’s size !” They looked huge ! But I looked an indeed they were women’s size. So I tried them on and laced them up and immediately could tell they would be supportive. Went hiking ( I’d say I’m intermediated ) and got lost lol and ended up doing 6.5 miles in my new boots. My feet were not sore at all and no blisters ! I’ve been caught in storms , mud and walked through creeks not one drop of water on my socks. I’m sold and so glad I bought these and so far haven’t even come close to rolling my ankle :)

Got these on sale, what a deal! They are super good quality. I can’t push my thumbs into the sole of the shoe (which is a problem when you can do this, and it happens with a lot of hiking boots, when you’re going on Granite rocks). They are super supportive on the ankle-to prevent rolling-making them safe for being way out in the wilderness. They are very waterproof. Great boots!

Used the on a camping/hiking trip in which we put in just over 27 miles in 4 days. Ankle support and comfort were supreme. Water resistance was up to the first hook. They were slightly stiff, even after breaking them in, but not enough to impact comfort.

These boots are great. They are heavy, so be advised. The ankle supports are very stiff, almost like wearing ice skates. I keep the ankle part unlaced to avoid excessive bruising. Watch out when tying bows int eh laces, because they can get caught on the eyelet hooks and trip you. I learned that the hard way. For waterproofness, walking through water is fine until you get to the ankle. Once water gets in the boot from the top, it's staying in there. I had to dump out my boot after stepping into a river crossing on accident, and I had to stuff towels in the boot to fully dry it. On another hike, they lasted 4 hours of steady Washington downpour before they became waterlogged. Overall, I'm pleased with these boots and they're holding up great after 5 long, wet hikes.

I wore these on a trip to Nevada, Utah, and Arizona, and they provided excellent support and grip for hiking and rock scrambling. My feet feel great after 4 days of exploring.

these were ok... liked the color but they did rub on my ankle ended up returning and buying local another brand

the size is too big for a US 8… US 8 normally equals a EUR 39 which fits me with a sock. this is a 40 and allows almost an inch between big toe and top of shoe

Bought these for the lady & she loves them. I've worn exclusively Salomon & Scarpa boots for decades & mine have never let me down. They are extremely light & comfortable. All day trekking is no issue. Gore-Tex ensures dryness & breathability. Waterproofing is superb. Buy cheap buy twice. I've had my boots for 7 years & they still clean up like new. These will last her for years. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Me encantan !!. En calzado deportivo utilizo 39. 3/4 o 40 . Según las medidas de la tabla de tallas quería que fueran un poco más grandes . Para climas fríos y poder usas 2 calcetines. Así que pedí 41. Perfectas . Con un calcetín o con dos. El pie queda sujeto y tengo espacio de movilidad en los dedos. Muy buena sujeción de la bota en todo el pie, estabilidad y flexibilidad con una suela robusta y protecion exterior. Muy cómodas y prácticas . Senderismo, Camino de Santiago, montaña, nieve. Las recomiendo al 100%. . También tengo unos tenis de esta marca con gore-tex desde hace años y como nuevos. Son preciosas cómodas y muy practicas para todo tipo de terrenos, estaciones y climas.
