Great shoe, sizes are not accurate.
Love the shoes. Walked with them straight away. I ordered a half size bigger than normal so I could ware thicker walking socks but still very tight will normal socks. Persevering with them to see if they bed in.

No blisters! Ready to go out of the box!!
I usually have issues with shoes giving me blisters on my toes. Not with these babies! We hike a lot and I have always switched out of my hiking shoes as soon as possible. Not with these hikers as they are not hot and the comfort level just gets better the more you wear them. At first they seemed hard but after about an hour they started forming to my feet. I waited until day four of hiking to write this so I could have a true idea. They grip well going up and down trails and no toe crunch! Buying a second pair for the future. We all know how much better a long hike is with happy feet!

I really wanted to like these but unfortunately they are a little narrow and made me feel like I was walking on platform shoes a little.

I've been a Salewa fan for years and these hikers did not disappoint. They fit great and are very sturdy.
