laptop or CRAPTOP?
This unit is a piece of crap! We went with Lenovo because we were familiar with this as being an excellent brand. However, this unit is crap. Too slow. Takes up to 4 minutes to change or initiate a webpage.On a messaging service, the messages come up minutes before on my tablet.

DEAD UPON ARRIVAL!!! PISSED!!!
I just received this piece of CRAP and it turns on but the screen stayed black. I turned it off and on several times but NOTHING!!!

Never buying products from Cardinal Pro
Very disappointed with this product. I bought this for my son for college as he needed a computer to run windows 10 and be able to load 10 Pro on it for a specific class and when he went to use the windows product key given, it was irrelevant and not useful. He spent countless hours on the phone with Lenovo and Asurion only to have it all wasted and is holding up his class from continuing. I tried to call Cardinal Pro myself and got nowhere because the phone number listed is invalid. I will never purchase a Lenovo computer nor will I purchase a product from Cardinal Pro. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Good value for the price
I am cleaning house in a way. I need less computer now that I'm retired. Old files - not needed, old contacts for business - not needed, extra weight of computer - not needed, warp speed computing - not needed. I'm still learning what to do and how to do it on this little gem. One thing though, the wireless mouse doesn't work (and there are no directions included. I put batteries in, turned it on, and it doesn't respond. WTH?)

Beware laptop scams
1. The laptop was not powerful enough to support a continuous internet connection. 2. The internal processor was insufficient for the most basic tasks. 3. The Amazon affiliate company advertised the laptop as new, but it was not... which I did not find out until 4. The computer died on a general update, 2 months after I purchased it, when Lenovo would not honor the one year warranty because that warranty ran out 7 months BEFORE I PURCHASED the laptop.

This computer has Windows 10 - S, not the regular windows 10.
I am not happy about this version of windows, because if Windows doesn't approve of the software you want to down load and install you cannot download it. Windows says its a security issue.
