Kid's Matflex 6 Grade School Wrestling Shoes

Don't worry about the little kids vs big kids sizing. If your kid wears a 2 a big kids 2 will fit like their other shoes do. I don't know why they do that its unnecessarily confusing. Fit was as expected, though they are a bit narrow (not an issue for my son, but if you kid has wide feet bear that in mind). Quality is standard ASICS that I've come to expect having had three or four pairs of ASICS wrestling shoes over the years. They hold up and don't wear out. You definitely want to get your kid shoes, even if they are just starting. Most organizations won't let them wrestle barefoot and socks on a wrestling mat is a good way to slip and get hurt. These arrived super fast too. They were a bit on the pricey side, compared to most kids footwear, but most kids footwear is junk if we're being honest, so you tend to get what you pay for. All in a nice set of shoes for your future state champ!

Great shoes, a light narrow but that makes them perfect for wrestling. My son wore them 5 days a week for a full season and they held up great!

These seem like pretty good wrestling shoes, I see alot of kids wearing them. But they were way too narrow for mine so we had to return.

I ordered these for my 11 year old daughter who has just started wrestling. I was worried about ordering them online because I was concerned that they wouldn't fit. I read all the reviews to get an idea of how they would fit, and that helped me out a lot, so that is why I am writing this review. My daughter normally wears a womens 7 in other shoes and I ordered the big kids size 6. They fit like a glove. Absolutely perfect. They are also very good quality, especially for the price. My older daughter used expensive Dan Gable wrestling shoes, and these work just as good (in my opinion), for a fraction of the price.

Comfy and stylish

My son loves them. He wanted the white and gold which will show dirt easier but kids grow so fast they wont last more than a season anyways. They fit great and he had a wrestling tournament a couple days after we got them and they performed really well. Great looking shoe.

Good material shoes, bought it for my son for wrestling and he wears them every day for practice, very satisfied with the product, no complaints at all.
