It says not to submerge under water and everything does get wet inside by the time I'm done, but I didn't care about that when I bought it. It's very light and small and the perfect size for some cash and a few ids. Most of the time I don't even remember I have it on. I'm back on amazon to buy a few more because we've already lost one of ours. I'd rather buy a few more of these than the big bulky plastic things they sell at the water park. I could see using these at other times as well when I don't have a pocket but don't want to carry a purse. Very handy little holders. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Metro passes!
