Excellent value, accurate table
For £200 this was very well designed. Easy and accurate adjustments making routing easy.

Well made
Even though the table is steady I took off the legs and used the top part in my bench as the height suited me better

A good option if you don't fancy making one.
Yes, it's not all that hard and much cheaper to make your own, however for those of us that don't have the time or patience, this works out pretty well. Easy enough to assemble - I have a large Triton router bolted to mine and there is no sign of sagging from the aluminium mounting plate, which is good. The plate did need to be re-drilled to accept the router but that wasn't hard to do, although a drill press makes it much easier I found. The finger boards and push stick appear to be decent quality, however the mitre fence doesn't scream accuracy and isn't the closest fit in the track. The rear fence is very easy to adjust and holds position well once tightened. The mounting plate adjustment grub screws make it easy enough to set flush and level.I have mounted mine on a homemade wheeled trolley to bring it up to a usable height and keep it out of the way when not required.

Awesome
Awesome bit of kit. Matched with a T8 router. Easy to set up and simple to use. Results are fantastic.Inst was a little low, but there are neat little screws to level it up using just an Allen key. Perfect.

Great for the diy enthusiast.
Love this table. After building it which itself was easy, I couldn’t wait to put it through its test. Everything worked as it should after trying a few bits of scrap wood. Only one small niggle, the clamps that come with it to keep the legs steady aren’t that good. It’s not actually the clamps but securing the legs to the table top doesn’t hold it steady. I’m going to put four bolts through the table top and straight into the existing holes to hold it firm. Now these tables are designed for a trend router with the pre counter sink holes already drilled. I have a Mac Allister router so had to drill three holes in the template to accommodate it. The problem after that was reaching underneath with a spanner to change the bit and adjust the height which as we know is millimetres. I solved the problem of height adjustment by positioning a scissor jack from my car and use a ratchet spanner for adjustment . Simple, cheap and effective. You can purchase a scissor jack for £12 from Amazon. Hope this helps. Otherwise it’s a fantastic table and I’d highly recommended it. Fast delivery.

Sturdy set up
Sturdy unit and for the price it's a great addition to a wood working set up

The components are high quality but the package is let down by the missing instructions and parts.
The component parts of this kit are very nicely made. The instructions are very basic. To be precise there are no instructions. You have to make do with a parts list and exploded diagrams in combination with some detective work. Thus there are 8 holes in the wooden base for the 4 legs therefore I must use the screws that I find 8 of.There is a hole in the plate with two arrows going clockwise and anti clockwise but whatever is supposed to fit in the hole was not supplied and not referred to in the instructions or on the Trend website as far as I can see. I guess it must be for a lift mechanism of some sort. I emailed them to find out whether there are the parts missing or whether or not I need to buy something? I asked what else I needed to do to complete the assembly. The dust extractor connector is 57mm diameter which is a much larger than any of my vacuum cleaner hoses, my bench saw or my radial arm saw. I asked them, as the item supplied is a non standard diameter, whether they have an adaptor available or if not where I can get one. I will update this saga when I have more information.I already had a Bosch POF 1200 AE router from Amazon. I had to drill holes 4 in the router and the table to fit the router. It would have been nice if the table had been supplied with a plastic ring with a hole of 6mm or 1/4 inch or 8mm to simplify accurately centre the router spindle in the table hole prior to drilling the holes inthe table for the mounting screws.Adjusting the height of the router cutter and changing cutters is very fiddly. The router table assembly needs a lifter. One such is called "Router Raizer" but at 130 GBP seems very expensive to me. Aliexpress seem to have alternatives. Further the assembly needs a spindle extender to enable changing the cutter easily above the table. One such is the "Xtreme Xtension". But at 66 GBP seems very expensive. Amazon sell equivalents for 16 and 10 GBP.

needs clamping down on.....
does what is states albeit if I had my time over I might opt for the larger stand alone table. Needs clamping down to a workbench securely , using the plunge mechanism on my Trend T8 tens to make the small table unstable. Other than that its a great addition to the workshopupdate*****the fixings into the table top sheared the MDF - whilst trying to plunge the router, clearly the product is under engineered, it needs a solid top substrate and not MDF - I would not recommend - I'll contact Trend and try and get this resolvedcontacted Trend and the table top has been replaced without any quibble, customer service first class, also collect defective item

Installation POF 1400 ACE

Da darf man halt nochmal schrauben.

Not bad, but too expensive for this price
It is a good router table. But it is full of flaws, those you can overcome if you want. Look at my pictures.I mounted cheap Einhell router, but to achieve this, I needed to permanently modify it. I removed it's tension springs, and had to drill a holes in router's basement where they are not supposed to be. For this I used Dremel and lots of patience, because those holes needs to go though not an equal surface, but be precise so the turning bit ends up in the exact center. Additionally, some (!) of bit rings are too thick, so I had to permanently remove 2mm aluminium border from Einhell router, which is around the bit (see the photo, showed with four arrows). Also I had to drill a new hole on the router plate and thread it. And I had to make custom screws in order to mount the router right. The router plate is a soft aluminium, so if you thread it, you should use the whole surface of the thread otherwise it might just break. So it took me a while to fit it in right. :-)Second, the table makers thinks that the Europe on British socket, so their start/stop relay accepts only British socket (see the photo). Again, I had to cut the wire from my router and reinstall the socket: British on the router, and European on the relay. Took me few Euro more.Maker of this table didn't do a great job either: they pre-drill the holes like they would have no idea what they are doing. Seems they got it right on the fifth time, leaving behind many random holes with an effect of a wood worm work.Additionally, they shipped wrong screws with a missing right ones. Screws to mount the relay was entirely wrong and the thread was over painted so much that I had to re-thread it, to avoid risking permanently damaging the thread. The screws themselves were not fitting right so I took my own ones and trimmed them to the right size.Instructions are not always valid and assemble of the table require some time to figure out how they supposed to put that all together.I like the fence, tools for it and the table overall. But it just happens to be strange dimensions, so you cannot easily replace weak MDF with the aluminium bar in a future without doing some extra milling on your own. While I like it, I don't love it. So I would not really buy it again or recommend to anyone. You can find much cheaper alternative without any significant regression that you cannot improve it yourself, tune for your router and not worrying that the current table is best suitable for Trend routers only.Hope this feedback helps to you and to it's makers. Bye.
