Nice trampoline but...
We bought one of these 2 years ago it is a nice trampoline for the price. With that said I recommend buying one from a different seller. We had a tree fall on it and i needed 1 part. I contacted the companies customer support asking to buy the one part, after two weeks of emailing and getting nowhere i ended up buying another trampoline. A 40 to 50 dollar replacement part being needed resulted in having to buy a 400 dollar trampoline due to horrible customer service.

Great buy
Got this for my niece and nephew. Came quickly and had all the pieces, took about two hours to assemble due to having to thread the net around it. But once done it was fantastic, they played for hours. They live up in the cold and snow and so far it's holding steady. Four kids and a dog have been on it and no tears or anything. Great deal especially when a store charges double for a small size

Good weight limit
I put it all together by myself, besides putting the legs on the frame, which I could have done alone if I had to. So if your a woman by yourself it is doable but a bit frustrating. Definitely took a long time with one person. It didn't help that the directions could have been a bit more clear. For example, even though it's common sense, make sure when putting the frame together (with the t- shaped brackets) to ensure they are all done on the larger side which leaves the slits for the springs facing up! I did some wrong and it was awful undoing it because the bolts and nuts were already stripping, which concerned me. I wasn't using power tools. I did get my own screwdriver because the one that came with it was too thin to catch the bolt. But they shouldn't already be stripping. (For those who may not be familiar with the term stripped, that means the edges of the hexagon lug nut or the center of a bolt is being carved off, essentially eventually leaving you with nothing to grip.) It means routine maintenance will be difficult. It also means if I ever need to tear it down and to move I will end up having to throw away and then purchase new bolts and lug nuts. While there is lesser quality in those aspects of the trampoline I do say it is a good quality otherwise. The springs are tough, the trampoline mat itself is nice. The net is time consuming to put on but definitely sercure The mat for the springs is okay. But I warn you it gets hot in direct sun, the mat and the spring mat. Both are black so they absorb heat. I'll definitely need to buy a shade cover of some sort I also had to duct tape something to the mat where we get in and out, because as I said it gets so hot, moreso than the trampoline mat does. But other than those things I am happy with the purchase. I'm just concerned about the hardware being somewhat cheap in quality.

Love this purchased for my granddaughter she will be here today ,can't wait to see her face
The media could not be loaded. Love purchasing this for grandbaby . Easy set up and instructions very well explained.... Except I had to sew netting to zipper Seam with an actual sewing needle an thread cause was away from the zipper Seam 2 inches from the bottom where u zip it down to shut it .. ( if I wasnt so upset when I seen it I would have taken pic before I sewef it but I had to think fast so she can use it when she comes home today to her daddy's ) And the black cap covers for top of poles ones missing middle pies covers actual metal pol In the center . An one of the foam pole covers for the poles on sides ( ones ripped @ the top of the pole ) ... other wise I'm happy just wish I didn't have to doctor the net up but I had to think fast this was for her birthday and if I wouldn't have sewed it if she would have fell against it jumping it could have made the disconnection between the netting an zipper worse . Now my only concern is how long is the net gonna last ? Am I gonna have to purchase a new net next year seeing how I had to repair this one .... We shall see .. I love the purchase tho I am satisfied I'm just mad cause my netting was disconnected from the zipper Seam n my foam piece had a small rip.in it which I can tape it . But all in all shouldn't have to it's brand new .... sturdiness is Amazing , jump.mat is very durable and strong and so is springs ....

Very poor materials! Great customer service!
Edit to add, the customer service for this issue was amazing! They replaced the trampoline completely! Appreciate the prompt attention and response. Our oldest daughter has sensory issues and jumps on a trampoline every day. When our previous trampoline started to show signs of wear we decided to opted for a larger size. We purchased this 15’ in March of 2022. First the metal bars that hold the enclosure started to bend and then one completely broke off, this happened with in 4 months of owning. We thought we could just make due with that, since she uses it daily. But, then the springs began tearing completely from the mat….now in several places. Today one of the legs that was bending broke completely. This has been the most expensive and worst trampoline purchase we have ever made, and we have own three previously over the past 16 years. I have contacted customer service, since our purchase is less than one year the wart should apply. I will update my review when/ if I hear back.
