Strong fragrance and grainy feel
I bought this balm mainly because of the pretty mauve color (Mulberry Bliss) and I admit that it is really beautiful. However, the balm tastes awful, the fragrance is too strong, and the packaging feels cheap even though it looks nice. I didn’t have any expectations of the packaging so I’m not too disappointed in that, but I can’t get past the awful taste on my lips. The balm feels hydrating but has a grainy feel to it that sits on the lips instead of soaking in. I never thought I’d say this, but I hope I can find a similar color in a more high end product.

I threw it away. NO SAFETY SEAL!
Unsanitary. NO SAFETY SEAL!! I cannot believe, in this day & time, they would sell this with no safety seal. It’s basically like a food item. It had been opened, fingerprints on the inside of tube & lipstick was smudged. Ordered some from another store & SAME.REVLON has safety seals!! I ordered 4 lipsticks from them… I knew that but had forgotten. I just could never use a lipstick that is just open with no seal.L’Oreal fix this! It’s a danger to customers & therefore to you too. Use safety seals!!
