I use 2 gummies before starting my work. It perfectly works. Increase my concentration and reduce my distraction (such as checking my phone or jump to another subject) This is my second time purchase

I purchased the one pk (60 ct) in early November 2024. I have been taking them almost daily save for some weekends or during the holidays. They are easy to take because they are gummies and I look forward to the tasty morning treat. To me they taste like pineapple though they say they are flavorless. I feel like I have noticed the effect of these gummie a month later since I've taken a break from my vyvanse prescription that was making my anxiety worse. I will say it is not a huge difference that I notice. If you are taking a prescription it is not working at that level, but I am certainly less distracted and more focused on the task at hand. Getting to a focused state on a project is much easier than it's been before i got my ADHD diagnosis. Overall I think it's a great boost and support if you are looking for an unmedicated alternative to ADHD symptoms.

I'm unsure I can make any direct medical claims here, but, to be subtle, if you're like me, you want your people off that prescription "focusing" pill that's only one molecule away from that popular street substance that rhymes with "Bethamphetamine". Maybe you want off of it yourself? It causes so many issues long-term, including keeping you up, decreasing appetite and desensitization of emotions which, for some, can effect their relationships with friends and family (especially spouses -- sound familiar??). Basically, for many users of the prescription, you turn into an emotionally unresponsive robot. Sounds fun, right?! (/end heavy sarcasm) After an incredible amount of research, I've learned attention disorders are not disorders at all. But that your mind just constructs thought faster than it can deconstruct the thoughts. You have too many thoughts popping into your mind that are distracting you from what you should be focused on. So they give you that "pill" to bring your CNS or "central nervous system" up to match that intensity and allowing you to stay on task. This sounds exhausting, but then, you're also not able to fall asleep easily either -- this is now EXTREMELY EXHAUSTING. "TIME FOR ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION SLEEPING AID!" No thanks, Doc. It seems their main objective is to not cure, but to treat the symptom, and thus creating more ailments for more life-long prescriptions to keep us on. What a racket. Studies have shown by leaps-and-bounds that majority of people who suffer from attention disorders have an amino acid deficiency. That they don't need to skyrocket their CNS to level out, but simply take that deficient amino acid responsible for helping to deconstruct thought as fast as your mind can construct them. That amino is TYROSINE. Now, keep in mind, there are some individuals with attention issues that are also coupled with sever violent behavioral and psychological issues. I wouldn't argue this is the answer for them. But maybe try it out if you have a difficult time staying on task or if you're a wiggle monster who can't stay in your chair. Also, you don't want to give this to people whom are too young (under 12-ish) buuuuuuuut... can I split a bear gummy in half? A-hem. Anyway... If you're just looking to help yourself focus better, naturally, without the hypnotizing effects of Big Pharma giving you the emotional ability of a rock, I'd give these a try. It's not going to happen all at once. Give it a week or two for the loading phase. Understand there's no magic pill, and that everything is a habit. So start taking this with creating good habits in mind, and know that you're in control. It's a choice once you have the ability to control what's popping into your mind. We've seen a huge difference, and couldn't be more thrilled to have our people back engaging with the world around them. And they're just as excited to eat and sleep and have meaningful conversations. It really had made a big difference. Thanks for this product.
