We are still new at using this product, but the sellers are very attentive in checking with us on our opinion of the product. It is too early to tell if it is working yet, we are taking it twice a day about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before we eat. I do believe as if I feel full faster and do not eat as much as I did before taking it. I will be glad to give more feed back after I have had more time to see how my body reacts to it. Unbelievable!
Great product! It really keeps off the fat. I tried this product with the Super Colon Cleanse, 500mg, 240 capsules and together they just worked miracles. Not to mention that I have more energy and just feel awesome. Now I do not eat junk food and drink nothing but water and I have always been this way. Working as advertised
I started taking this about two weeks ago with two pills in the morning and two pills in the afternoon. I have noticed my appetite has been reduced and it seems to be working. I will be increasing the dosage to the suggested amount of two pills three times a day since there hasn't been any side effects. During the last two weeks I have lost 5lbs with minimal exercise and I'm hoping once I increase both the dosage and my exercise routine I should see even better results.The pills are also small enough that are not causing me to choke overtime I take them.

Awesome!!! I noticed results the first week without working out. Can't say I lost weight but I did lose inches around my mid-section. When I did workout for 5 days straight I lost a total of 5 lbs in a week. Please keep in mind everyone's body is totally different. I see I have to workout in order to see weight loss!
