The vanity was supposed to be creamy white in the description Upon being received the color of the wood was yellow. (See photo) I had it installed and couldn’t return it because it was already moved into my bathroom (275 pounds). I had it repainted to linen white which cost $450.The marble top was not sealed and I put my coffe mug on it and it left a round stain from my cup. I had to use bleach on it to remove the stain, which you are NOT supposed to doand had to have it sealed by a Tile and Granite company which cost $50.I will never order online furniture again!! I thought I could save money picking something out online. Next time I will have it custom made or go to the store myself.Thanks to Amazon for working with me and paying for the paint after multiple tries to get the money to fix it.The door was warped too. They wouldn’t compensate me for that.Don’t bother filling out a time you will be home to receive the item. Plan on staying home the whole day!

The box was not damaged in shipping, however the box was not reinforced, and with the piece being 5' long, the box was unable to support the weight and the piece arrived broken in the middle. This item should be boxed with cushion around it, and in a box that does not have a joint in the middle where it will bend and give. The color and everything else is just what I need to complete the vanity in my new bathroom. I hope the next one arrives intact, or I will not order again.

I scoured the internet for weeks looking for a new bathroom vanity for our remodel. I found this through another retailer, but nobody had it in stock. Imagine my surprise to find it on Amazon and in stock. I could not be happier with the look of this vanity. My only complaint would be that there are not drawers and limited storage, however, that just made me get it together and downsize my hoard of bathroom products. I received lots of compliments on this item. Very well made, arrived in perfect condition, glad I purchased this.

WOW SO HAPPY WITH THIS! This was the 4th backsplash I ordered and all previous ones arrived broken. These guys know how to ship things! It was much prettier than in the pictures. Thank you so much!EDIT - I ordered this again for my 2nd bathroom and it arrived broken twice. The packaging was done much more poorly the last two time, I don't understand why they changed it.

I was so excited when I ordered this mirror. When it arrived I was disappointed. The color is actually much darker than in the photo with not a lot of the bronze. The mitered corners are not lined up like they should be, so it looks poorly made. I think I could deal with it, but the sides are just white aluminum - such a contrast to the dark framed mirror - it looks unfinished. No instructions came with so that I would know if it could be recessed. Overall just not happy with my purchase.

The style is beautiful. However, the design will not allow a traditional p-trap to be installed for the sink drain because of the shape and depth of the drawers; would require cutting a large section of the drawer out to accommodate drain. I had to return the vanity because of this reason.

I LOVE this vanity!! I it absolutely gorgeous and very well made. The picture does not do it justice. The base is very dark. I was afraid that it might have a red tinge given the product description however it does not. Very elegant and was a huge upgrade to my guest bath. I could not be more pleased.

we had professionals install this and they had some difficulty. It required making a special cut in the back and the drawer, to fit it on regular piping. Otherwise, it looks great and we would recommend it. Just to note, It isn't a standard, easy install though.
