It’s really long, goes from my neck down to my lower back!!! The best part wait for it….. it doesn’t crinkle or you having to press it out like the old ones we grew up with in the 90’s! ;)!! It’s so soft and so light you can woad it up in your hands which I found that awesome to wrap it around a leg or arm or feet etc. I have rheumatoid arthritis and this is saving me. The cord is super long to which I love.

The heating pad is a perfect size and everything about it is fine. The only thing that I do not like about it is that it is extremely thin and could be easily damaged. Supposedly this could be used for moust heating; but, I see no directions gor that and don’t dare try. Other than that, it is fine.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the Seller to apologize for the defective heating pad. They also offered compensation for the defective heating pad which I gladly accepted.ORIGINAL: This product didn't last a month before it stopped working. It was not abused. It was well taken care of. It looks brand new. A complaint was sent to the seller with NO response from them. Apparently, they are not customer oriented.

This item has 6 heat settings which for me is perfect! I have one for home and work usage and it gets a workout! Plus they are machine washable which is an added bonus!

So large and so soft. My only complaint is that it won’t stay on more than two hours. I like to keep it on my lower back while I sleep, but after two hours it’s off. But the size is SO wonderful. Even big enough for me and my little dog and cat. Great product….

The heating pad does not get stiff when you aren't using it, it simply stays soft and pliable. The range of heat options will meet anyone's needs. The size if perfect, not too small like the cheap ones, and reaches from my neck to my lower back easily. I have bought three of these in the past: one for my elderly mother, one for my bed, and one for use on my couch. You won't be disappointed!

I purchased this heating pad, and it didn't last very long, but customer service reached out to me and gave me a gift card to help reconcile the problem. There are always things that go wrong with electrical items, and this heating pad was one of them. I do have to say that due to back pain, I used it a lot, so it was used probably more than the average person. I did purchase another one from another company when this one went out, or I would try another one. I did like the size of this one, it covered my entire back from very low to upper back and shoulders. I have never had customer service reach out to me before. I was just going to take it as a loss. I appreciate them giving me the gift cards and the apology.

I received a faulty product however customer service was quick to help me out and replied with great care to my review. I am fully satisfied with the product and what they helped me with.I have never once receive such amazing customer care on an order as I have here and I really appreciate the service as well as the product as having a heating pad is very important for my physical health.

This is my second one purchased. I bought the first one in 2018 and it is being used by my mum, no issues and is working just fine. So when I was looking for one, I wanted to get this one again, knowing it will last long. I like the size as well. I am happy with my purchase.
