This is my second one of these products. The first one did not work. I submitted a refund and asked for another one. The second one arrived really fast and worked just fine. I guess like baking a pie sometimes you get a bad apple!:)

I can't find enough wonderful things to say about this heating pad! It's definitely worth its price to me! I'm disabled, my nerves and muscles really hurt me everyday. Having this heating pad available in the car for short as well as long car rides really lower my pain levels. Less pain makes for better days! It is soft to the touch and has enough cord to plug into all your car charge points. Plug it in and turn it on, easy to use. You can easily adjust the heat levels and I do find it heats up pretty fast. I'm in a warm climate but I bet this would be wonderful in the winter months up north. Great for you or a for a present to someone who has pain or gets too cold in the winter. That person will thank you every time they use it!!

Surprisingly efficient. Like a home heating pad really. Good size, really heats up, control gives good options for settings and the timer is great so you don't leave it on too long. The material is comfortable. I Tried the battery neck/shoulder heating devices, but they were too small to cover neck and shoulders sufficiently plus the battery packs were kind of a pain. I was concerned the size of this would be too bulky for driving, but it isn't. I put a small pillow behind my neck, a rolled up towel would work, whatever and that helped it stay in place easily while I drove. Good heating pad for in the car!

This has been a job saver for me! It’s thin enough to put places that can’t take bulk. The cord is long enough to fit in the socket and out to the pad without it pulling, in a dodge caravan anyways. It fits in the small of my back so if someone is referring to this as a blanket, maybe they’re small. The switches are easy to interact with and the display lights up so you can see the temp and the timer well. The temp stays consistent. On high it was very hot but not that it would burn, at least me. That means, if you’re driving, you can have it on high and also don’t have to constantly pull over and adjust it. I drive several highway hours at a time to deliver things. This made it bare able.

*UPDATE* 4-30-24: customer service messaged me very promptly after I posted the negative product review below. They offered me a full refund and invited me to try a replacement. I opted for the full refund. I got the impression that the seller cares about customer satisfaction and is trying to discover why some of the units are burning out far sooner than they should. Customer service 5 stars, but I still can’t recommend the product itself. Original review: Purchased this in January 2024 because we bought a new motorhome that does not have heated seats. Husband has lower back pain since he was rear-ended 40 years ago, and has grown to rely on the heated seats in his work truck when he travels. We took our first trip in April 2024 and he took it out of the box and plugged it into the receptacle on the dash. He said it was just the right amount of warmth and made his 1 hr 20 minute drive to our camping destination comfortable. He said it was a keeper. The 2nd day of our outing he plugged it in to ease his shoulder and heard a "pop"... obviously something shorted out and the product is no longer usable. We're outside the return window. Lesson learned. From now on we'll take our good heating pad and plug it into the 110 volt inverter on the dash. We can give 5 stars for pain relief, traveling and comfort... but since it blew up on the 2nd use, it gets one star overall. Really deserves zero stars.

I have had four of these automotive heating pads since I had an accident in 2022 that caused a compression fracture resulting in nerve damage. This heating pad does awesome. Plus I recently had interaction with their tech support. When they could not fix my newest heating pad they sent me another one. Even past return window.

Lots of heat settings and a great size to wrap around the lower back and hips (unlike other standard sizes that just fit the back only)

Absolute junk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! No heat. Only good thing about it is the extra Velcro strap I use on my good knee heating pad.

We are a bit disappointed in the level of heat. It simply does not get that hot. We bought 3 and it's the same for all units. We tried it inside on a Ac to 12 volt converter and the same result. We kept them but aren't really that happy. A bit more hat and I'd call them perfect. Nice controller. We want ed to be able to have them come on once 12 volts is provided but you need to turn it on manually every time.
