I called on Monday morning, nicest lady on the phone you've ever spoken to, said they had had heard my voice mail and email. She said a new one was being shipped that day, and it was . Spinning Rod Organizer - Purchased as a gift to put away all the tangled rods leaning on the wall of the barn. This thing was so easy to put together that I had it ready for loading in under 5 minutes. There were only 5 pieces. Once together, it took me much longer to load it up than the assembly had. I can see where it would not be able to actually hold as many rods with reels as the product claims, but if you can use it for almost that many. I bought it for less than the number it claimed, as I didn't bother counting them before ordering. Just knew we had "some". Used almost every slot, but did not put two in the doubles. I don't see how they could actually hold two, with reels, anyway.All that aside, it has made the rods much more manageable and they should be tangle-free now. I don't know if it would hold up to being dragged around all the time, but we will just be using it in the corner of the barn, so that isn't an issue. It looks so nice! I can't even tell you how much better they look on the rack as opposed to in the leaning heap.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this rod holder went together - maybe 2 minutes while drinking coffee - and how sturdy it is. I bought it as a temporary solution for my 20 or so rods after moving into a new house, wanting to take my time about getting a wall mount system. It has been moved, fully loaded, at least 3 times to different corners of the garage over the past 3 months, and has done well. I fully expect to get years of service from it. A quality, well made product, worth every penny of its price.

I purchased a light-colored 24-rod holder to hold booth fresh- and saltwater rods. Although the holder was packaged well, the four screws holing the swivel mechanism to the bottom piece with the rod holders were pulled from the composite material. This was easily and quickly fixed by relocating the four screws.The rod holder went together quickly and is very stable. It turns easily to access rods. The depressions on the base in to which the rod handles fit are, perhaps, a bit shallow. But they work, I really like the material used to hold the rod shanks. It is easy to insert and remove the rods, while securely holding the rods in place. In addition to the holders for single rods, there are also creative holders for two-piece large-diameter surf or trolling rods that can also be used to hold two smaller rods.This rod holder was perfect for my needs, very functional, attractive, and stable. It is perfect to contain and organize the accumulation of various-sized fishing rods of the multi-species angler.

Bought this for our son who lives to fish but then loves to through his rods down.It’s so easy to assemble, lightweight for easy moving and takes up very little space. Do yourself a favor and buy it if you’re thinking about it. You won’t regret it.

I was very excited to find this for sale on Amazon because it’s exactly what I’ve been searching for. After I received it, it took me maybe 5 minutes tops to assemble this rod rack and I didn’t require any tools! After I put it together is when I started to notice the design flaws. The description says it’s supposed to hold 24 rods which it can (somewhat) but if you happen to have reels on those 24 rods not all of them will fit on it securely. The outer clips are made out of a soft rubber like material and barely holds the rods in place. I had a few of my rods pop off and hit the floor as I was trying to adjust my other rods. I folded the reel handles on all of my spinning reels but I was still not able to mount all of my rod and reel combos on this rack. The top part of the rack easily shifted while I tried to gently spin it and was no longer aligned with the bottom part which caused a couple of my rods to fall off the rack. I’m truly disappointed with this rack to say the least and am at loss as to what to do with it at this point. I guess I’ll just keep looking to find that will hold all of my combos with minimal issues. If you only plan to put a few rods on this rack then it might work for you but I highly recommend you use the inner slots or your rods will more than likely end up on the ground. If you plan on using all 24 slots then I recommend you look for something that holds more than 24 rods, which is exactly what I plan on doing. I will post pictures soon.

Bought this for my hubby's birthday. It was very easy to assemble and seems to be pretty sturdy.We did discover that his really thick rod did not fit in one of the slots, but it can be angled to lean up against the slot or extend out a little to the less thick part of the rod. Overall nice gift when you don't know what to buy someone.

Mostly sturdy after assembled. I read reviews prior to purchasing... saw that some folks reported issues with product arriving damaged / base chipped or cracked. I figured it would NOT happen to the one I purchase... well the base had a fairly deep chip past the laminated finish exposing paper-like particle board core (thin laminate finish over paper-like particle board).It was not worth my time & effort to report it and ship the unit back. I glued it and loaded the rod holder with my rods.

This is a lifesaver. It is very easy to assemble. The centre pole is sturdy. Before you hand tighten the top pole piece above the upper plate, align the clips an slots with the lower plate base holes. This will ensure rods are vertical in storage.It saves the rods from damage. I can access any of them easily and quickly without tangles. Everyone is impressed at the organization, looks smart too. Shows off my expensive rods. Highly recommend and would suggest you get one if you own more than 12 rods.
