I can't tell you with all certainly. If your surface is not smooth, it likely will adhear, but may not be as secure as it could be since it doesn't flex like a sticker can. Hope this helps!

Can you apply them to the car window?

It had 3M very sticky adhesive backing so I don't see why you couldn't. It's not flat like vinyl though so it will not be flush with the window itself if that's what you're looking for.

Poor quality, finish peels off

Horrible quality. As another purchaser stated, the matte finish on the emblem peels off in spots when the protective clear cover is removed. Highly do not recommend.
