This massager is terrific! It feels great. Much to my surprise, it doesn't get tangled in my hair. The battery life is good and the length depends on the features used. My only complaint is the magnetic end of the charging cord doesn't seat well without several tries. Other than that it's great!

Bought this to help with my hair growth. I have extremely tight fascia on my scalp and I’m hoping this with regular use will help loosen the fascia.Used it for the first time on my scalp it is really really relaxing.I have hair down to my waist and I had zero issues with it getting tangled. So the ppl that are getting it tangled, must be using it like a comb or extremely fine hair. Mines medium density so not quite fine or thick. But I just held it in one spot for 20-30 seconds then picked it up and moved over or down an inch to the next spot.So far so good. I’ll update down the road once I’ve used it consistently for some time.

WHO KNEW?! Who knew that I was shampooing and condtioning my hair completely wrong?????? I used this after applying shampoo and conditioner and oMg, this literally made them work 100x better! The best thing I've bought for myself in a long time

This device has a proprietary charging connection that needs their proprietary cable. This design is very unreliable. Charging through the cradle has never worked. Ever. Charging directly takes many tries and lots of patience.It would have been much better if they used a normal USB connection.Otherwise the product works... until the next recharge or until the cable moves.

This massager is very relaxing and you never have to worry about your hair getting tangled in it. I love the fact that it has the red light therapy in combination with the massage. Another plus is it has a built in 10 minute timer. No need to keep track of time myself because it will turn off automatically. Pro tip, I noticed the first 2 times I used it I lost a lot of hair and after doing my research I was doing it wrong. You cannot run the massager through the hair. You have to LIFT it to each spot of your hair. And be gentle with the pressure you are holding it with. After I corrected this mistake, I did not have anymore fallout. Don't make the same mistake I did. I am looking forward to seeing results in the coming months.
