I bought this wedge pillow because I bought a vehicle owned by someone that was hard on the seat. I am very short and I sat too low. It gave me the perfect boost. It’s comfortable and doesn’t through my back off.

This cushion is a tremendous help with back pain while driving. Cushion is very firm in the cold weather. But softens up during warmer months.

I purchased 4 different seat cushions for my 2025 Tacoma and returned them all. I’m not very tall and the seat dips too low on the rear end. I needed a wedge to level the seat a little bit and this worked better than the previous cushions I tried. The front seam doesn’t bunch up and feel like a bar across the back of your knees like the synthetic leathers ones available. It does flatten down, but since it is a wedge, the thicker side gives me enough lift (1”) to level out my seat. During cold mornings, the cushion does feel stiff, and warm days the cushion is very soft and flattens down. So the reviews in here saying they’re either-or are kind of confusing. The seat itself isn’t very wide, but wide enough to fit into the seat of the Tacoma. Once it does flatten down it’s not very soft hence the 4 star so if you plan on taking a long drive with it, it may not be comfortable. And the lack of color choices also.

I have had one of these since 2016, I have tried others but this one is the most supportive and stops hip pain and stiffness on car journey. I recently just purchased another for a European trip and left it with the person kind enough to lend me her car, because she loved it too - if you get stiff hips because car seats tip back this is the solution and it will last years - the velour has rubbed off the original but the foam is still holding up and stays in the car all seasons in MI so has gone through extreme temps every year. Others I have purchased that look more shaped just do not give the same support as a 3 car family, I have tried a few seat cushions; rather than moving the wedge to each car I drive when I drive it.

I chose this one because it is narrow enough for my car seat + thick enough to elevate me, keeping my knees level with or below my hip line, for optimal lumbar spine comfort. It's tapered nicely so my legs aren't also elevated - just my 'posterior' is. Happy with how firm it WAS and that my lower back wasn't tense & achy after driving. Non-slip grip on the bottom holds it in place really well when I'm getting into/out of my car. The problem... I'm in my car only 2 or 3 days weekly and 2 hours on each day, yet in less than 2 months it's noticeably less firm and therefore thinner. I'm 5'9" & 135 lbs so my weight or center of gravity isn't to blame. Don't want to have to buy another but will have to soon at this rate! However I won't buy this one again. This is my tried and true wedge pillow. I’ve had it for 3 years now and it’s still going strong. I used to get hip pain from sitting at my work desk all day and this has helped so much! The padding is nice and thick and I can sit comfortably for hours!

This is bad for cars. It is too mushy. The shape is right to rotate you forward off of your tailbone, but the foam it is made from is all wrong. It seems to work very well on a hard flat chair, where even the minimal support it gives is enough to tip your hips forward. But in a car (and the description says over and over it is for the car) it does not work. The problem seems to be some combination of three things: 1) Car bucket seats drop you more down and back into them than a chair, and this wedge does not provide enough support to tilt you up and forward in this case 2) the foam is too mushy to support (at least my) weight. It might be enough to give support for a petite woman. But as an average sized man, it slowly squashes flat like a pancake in the car for me. 3) Heat seems to make the problem worse. It is OK when I first get into the car, but body heat from a long drive (and clearly a long drive is when it is most needed), or heated seats, make the memory foam loose all support and dissolve into into a limp puddle. It slowly regains its shape and firmness when you are not in the car, but it is pretty serious design flaw to use foam that only holds the needed shape when it is not being used.

Which is supportive and helps with my lower back pain.

Primeiramente quis devolver e não consegui, a transportadora não tem filial na minha cidade e o local mais próximo era aproximadamente 180km. Depois de muito custo, a Amazon gerou um código que a transportadora disse que não era válido. E um jogava para o outro. A Amazon não deu nenhuma alternativa para devolução a não ser eu levar pessoalmente em alguma cidade que possuía a transportadora. Nada disso está no anúncio como alerta. Em nenhum lugar está escrito que se você for devolver, precisará ir pessoalmente aonde tiver uma filial. Referente ao produto, como não consegui devolver, fui utilizar e agravou meu problema de dor lombossacral, não recomendo o produto para ninguém com dor lombar, lombossacral, que precise descomprimir a lombar ou região do cóccix. Consulte seu ortopedista. Um absurdo, um produto caro e o consumidor é tratado pela Amazon com todo esse descaso.

Demasiado pequeño inclusive para mi que me considero una persona delgada (1.75m, 73Kg) no se como las reseñas que dicen que esta muy bien lo usan seria necesario 2 de estos cojines para cubrir toda el area del asiento, ademas que es muy delgado y el conjin en si NUNCA llego a llenar la funda siempre se veia aguada!

Comfortable seat cushion I use for work daily. Helps relieve pressure on glutes/tailbone, really good quality and hasn't deteriorated over time (6+ months).

As a bus driver I bought 2 of these and use them opposite to each other. One under me and the other opposite behind my back ... After all these years I finally have a comfortable shift driving my bus!

i use this to sit in a better position when driving because of hip and knee issues. compared to the last one i bought, this one is great. it actually keeps its shape and doesn't sag like a pillow, and yet is very comfortable. would highly recommend, it is worth the money. also great for those with tailbone pain issues.
