I really like these tablets. I bought the Nuun Hydration Vitamins to give my water a little flavor. They taste good in almost any dilution. Sometimes I put them in 16oz, sometimes I put one in for 32oz. Blueberry Pomegranate is my favorite. The first time I bought them, I purchased teh variety pack.. The second time I just purchased the larger Blueberry Pomegranate pack. I seem to always be dehydrated, and if I know I'm sweating a lot, I drink more. But then I feel like I get an electrolyte imbalance. So I will mix this in with my water. Not only does it taste better, but it helps balance out all the water I drank without it. My complaints are: The price, seems a bit high to me, but bearable. My other two complaints is why it doesn't get 5 stars. My biggest complaint is the odd form factor. The tablets are too big to fit in the mouth of a standard water bottle. That means I have to break them in half every time. This makes a mess and leaves your fingers sticky. The second more minor complaint is how long it takes to dissolve. In cold water, you are waiting 5+ minutes for it to dissolve completely. And you do NOT want to swallow tablet fragments. They are very scratchy in your throat! Many times I just crush the tablet before I put it in the water. Then it's ready to drink in 30 seconds, but that makes an even bigger mess than breaking it in half! It would be great if they came out with a powder version of these tablets. I bet the packaging would be cheaper too. That plastic tube with the desiccant built into the top can't be too cheap. Until then, I will continue buying the tablets.

I'm going to take a different tack with my review. I bought these Nuun tablets a couple of years ago in desperation because I was getting these super painful charley horse cramps in my calves at night. Roll over in bed a bit too quick and BAM! That familiar knot forms in my calf and I'm in agony. Since I have started drinking my water with this Nuun in it, the night time cramps have stopped. I just don't get them anymore. So if you suffer from those types of cramps, especially at night, definitely give these a try. I like that they also have a good vitamin formulation along with the electrolytes. And they have almost no sugar. They have a bit of Stevia extract but I don't taste that. The taste is quite pleasant overall.

I can tell that hydration is much higher when drinking water with nuun electrolytes

These look awful, stick together and take forever to dissolve. They would perhaps be more useful for geolgy teachers who want to simulate the dissolution of minerals over geological timescales. Taste is bad, but could just be because they have no fizz.
