Could be better
There's a learning curve to charging. Simply plugging it in and having it charge your phone then the case doesn't work. You have to charge them separately. That and the lightning port becomes less secure over time so the the device won't appropriately charge when left unattended. The plastic build feels very cheap as well.

Terrible product! It won't charge your phone when the cord is plugged in - it only charges the back up battery. Also the case gets really hot when you do turn it on to charge you battery. It's clunky and hard to hold as well. Wish I could return mine but I missed the window by two weeks. Ughhh!
