My son has been using it for several months now, it is very comfy to use & looks elegant. Recently one of the parts got damaged, but it was replaced at no extra cost (still under warranty). Customer service was really good & they were prompt in responding to all my queries

Overall, it's a solid choice for those who value durability and support, though it might not be ideal for extended sitting sessions.

The back support is good as it is a mid top chair. Mid top is not the best but it is comfortable. The height adjustment is good. Build quality is 4/5. Just because of the arm rest plastic. But overall quality is good. Overall, at this price, the product is value for money.

I bought it for the purpose of working from home. And as you all know how hectic it can be to sit in one place and managing all those long meetings. Da urban company chair is way to comfortable for all these long meetings.the quality of the material is fantastic but may effect you, if you are that grocery bag who doesn’t move at all😅. The chair provides you flexibility to move anywhere and in any direction. The back support and cushioning is pretty good. The only negative thing on this chair is the back support length, which is bit low but at this price point, it is amazing. So go for it blindly. I bet you won’t regret.overall an amazing product with great performance and comfort.
