Q: Can I insert casters? If do, what size?

This is a VERY light weight podium. I would not recommend casters as the metal cross bars for the base aren't very robust. Believe me, this podium can be lifted with one hand.

Q: I put a very heavy book on it. it tipped the podium and broke the connection. cannot get it to stand straight again. what can i do to fix this?

Q: What is the diameter size of the wheels?

This portable floor lectern/podium doesn't have wheels. It's very lightweight and quite easy to move around.

Q: Can we get a Technical support via e-mail ? I bought this with the Government fund in an overseas location and we have an issue to assemble.

Ours was assembled incorrectly by manufacturer. The screw was too short so my husband had to widen the hole and the holes for the notes holder were on the wrong side. Had to redrill holes on other side. Got $15 credit.
