This product is totally unworthy and useless. I put wax for like one and half hour in this heater but doesn't get heated at all. And this wax this is totally nonsense. I heated this wax on gas and try to use it in small portion of my hand it just got me so many rashes. This whole product is totally useless and unworthy. Don't buy this product

The actual product looked nothing like in the picture. It takes forever to heat and the bead wax is the most inefficient and non sticking wax I have ever used. The wax when applied on to the skin, peels off like a face mask defeating it's purpose. To make matters worse, those are'nt wooden spatulas, they are ice cream sticks. Overall very poor quality product and I am visibly dissatisfied with my purchase and would like a refund! no wonder this piece is non-refundable !!! how very vile !

The product is good for this price. I don't think the hard wax that comes with the package is enough for waxing legs arms and underarms. The quality of popsicles is not that great. The application of wax with this popsicle is suitable on the face but not easy on the legs and arms.

The machine heats up quite quickly and evenly. However, the product that was sent to me wasn't the same as the picture, it doesn't have the dial indicating the temperature in degree Celsius. it was just lines. Kind of have to play around to find out the best heat consistency which was a little disappointing.

You can definitely give it a try it's very useful👍

Please don't buy this product, pathetic quality, wax didn't hear even after 30 minutes and brand was different than shown while purchase, returned it immediately.

The machine is okay but the wax is horrific. It is basically a candle 🕯️ melting on your body. Dont use it
