Excellent product and a very decent seller
An excellent condition product which has been reconditioned by the seller. The plastic panel is flawless. Performance is excellent. All the air vents, grills are intact and in good condition. The heatsink is completely clean alongwith all the ports which have also been cleaned.Software wise this is win10 pro with all the bells and whistles. Office is online which is good enough.Fast machine for a nice price. The ThinkPad series were always bulletproof and with some cosmetic tweaks this has a new lease of life.Remember this is used so some small items will be missing like the front bottom rubber pads and since the front cover has been replaced the stickers will feel non original. But those are only purely cosmetic. This machine is about 5 to 6 years old but is perfect. Even the keyboard is meticulously clean. No buffed characters on the keyboard. I will defenition recommend this machine for anyone who needs a daily working machine like a student. The battery life on power saver is approx 4 to 5 hours which is as expected. The battery may need replacement in a year but that's not bad. If you need a hard-working and hard wearing machine please go for this. These machines were always pricey when launched, in excess of 65 to 70 k. and now it's a decent price for a decent machine.

Never ever get trapped
The media could not be loaded. Never ever get trapped these laptops work only till their warranty period. After 6 months slowly all parts starts getting damage. Mine is going to be one year and after 6 months till now I have spend around 10000 in this laptop each and every part is replaced and now touch pad is not working.

Great budget laptop for serious office use and ideal for travel!
I was looking for a small laptop, mainly for travel. My priority was that it should be a fast enough processor, compact in size, and could take the abuse of travel. I am a believer in renewed products and they are value for money and also help the environment!I found this laptop to be very compact, powerful and easy to use while travelling. I was a little worried about back-up time, but when I contacted the support team, I was more than surprised by the very prompt support provided over phone/Whatsapp. Once I did the tests, I was getting more than 2 hours of backup on full use - this was enough for in-flight usage and the like. I also like how robust the laptop feels - this is an important aspect for those who travel a lot! I took it all the way to Europe and back and also travelled in-land in India - and the laptop did not fail me even once!

Lappy Emporium is setting new standards (pun intended) for Amazon Renewed Laptops
Lappy Emporium is setting new standards (pun intended) for Amazon Renewed laptops. See the battered, cracked, repaired charger sent for a ThinkPad. Now coming to the actual laptop, the top and bottom covers of the laptop are spray painted. At one place, the black paint is sprayed right over the sticker, without bothering to remove the sticker - such is the 'refurbishment'. Move your palms over the palm rest and the body of the laptop and they will receive a black coat too! The lid doesn't close properly. Forget the mil. standards of ThinkPads, this one appears to have been incompetently serviced several times and every time they forgot to put back a screw or something. Some of the captive back panel screws have been replaced by probably whatever they could get their hands on. The classic red LED in the ThinkPad logo doesn't glow. The fan makes grinding noise.

Good laptop but seller was bad
Laptop's pretty good, it worked well for the first few days but then problems started. The number keys 1,2,3,4 &7 we're not working and laptop gets automatically disconnected with the network (As I already have a laptop in which it doesn't happen). Mechanic was supposed to come but didn't came on the designated dateOn call the mechanic said to contact the company who send it. We call them, after a few day they come take the package away...Still waiting for my refund or replace (didn't mention that they will replace or refund)
