Q: Will these fit a 872 neotec? It’s a 038 clone

I never saw an 872 or any kind of neotec but if it is a true to form clone of a Stihl 038 it should fit. I guess you would be taking a chance but it's not that expensive.

Q: Are these aluminum or steel ?

Looks like steel. Used my saw pretty heavy this summer and they held up pretty good. But I had to grind some metal off to fit it to my MS361. And if you look at my review they do not align square.

Q: Will this fit a 024 woodboss?

Possibly and if not you should be able to drill it or return it
