As I Am Coconut Cowash Cleansing Conditioner, 16 Oz (Pack of 3)

I love this for my coily curls. I have super dense, fine strands, so I can barely get to my scalp with this. So, I dilute it with water in one of those bottles with a pointed top (like you use for ketchup at a picnic) and use the nozzle to get this to my scalp. Then, I use my fingers to agitate my scalp & let the product flow over my strands. I don't need to use conditioner after using this to wash. I follow with SheaMoisture JBCO Strengthen leave-in or Coconut Hibiscus leave-in.

I love this product. I have long (to my lower back) baby fine but thick 1A straight hair and I use this because my strands are so dainty they need to be constantly hydrated and soft to not tangle creating split ends, single strand knots, and breakage. I co-wash my hair once a week and deep condition the ends during that time as well as one other time throughout the week. This product keeps my hair nice and moist for about 3-5 days before I need to touch up my ends. I love this product line (I use the leave-in conditioner as well) and I would recommend it for any hair type that needs moisture. The only thing I do not like is the top of the container, the picture always flakes off when wet.NOW let me get to this specific distributor, I ordered and received the 3pk, and I assume the package must have gone through intense pressure fluctuations because each of the containers had exploded a little, not so much so that I would return the cowash, but enough so to have been annoyed cleaning the mess and mentioning it here in my review.

I have bought this shampoo and conditioner for a long time now. I have bought this three pack four times for myself and another for friends. I have recommended it to friends who love it and are faithful users now. It washes off extra residue from other products, even other shampoos and conditioners. One of my friends was losing hair from a chemotherapy treatment and it helped her keep the rest of it.I have mid-thigh length hair.SUPER SUPER LONG barely any dried or split ends due to this product it works great with no extra conditioner like I have had to use with every other shampoo and conditioner in my life. If I get a some frizz or tangles ....which is uncommon with this product, I just use a little coconut oil smoothing spray and it fixes any frizz or bad tangles easily. Love this product it helps give me more time to relax in the shower and not wash rinse repeat so much. It really changes the game....

Maybe it changed with menopause, but when last I grew it out in my 50's it was a frizzy mess. I bought spin-brush hair dryers, spin-brush curling irons, rollers, etc. Eventually - and hundreds of dollars of appliances later- I gave up and cut it extremely short.Then I had a busy year, and the next thing I knew it was past my chin and the frizz had to be managed. A friend wanted me to buy Wen but I refuse to spend that much. Researching Wen on Amazon, though, I saw this and the price and reviews were both great! My hair is a couple of inches below my shoulder now, and if I have a busy day and have to let it air dry, no big deal! Presentable enough!Seriously - I LOVE THIS STUFF!! Without it, I would cut back to 3-4 inches long, no more!

I fell in love with this hair wash and have since bought it for my two grown kids who love it and have continued to use it as well. We also use the leave-in conditioner on our ends. My son and I have corse, dark, somewhat curly hair, mine has a lot of silver highlights, lol. My daughter has much finer hair, but hers is processed to death and was looking a bit fried on the ends. We all love this product, but I will say that about once every two weeks you need to use a regular gentle shampoo because this tends to build up in your hair and the root area starts getting pretty greasy. Overall, our hair looks and smells great and is incredibly soft and manageable. We will continue to use it. I am a little wary of trying their stripping shampoo because several reviewers said it dried their hair out and I have corse, curly and silver hair and if I dry it out I will look like a fuzz ball.

So I gave a review on this product about a week ago but the problem was resolved. So far, I have used this product once (I am new to this brand and co-washing) and so far so good. I had minimal shedding (I am not really into hair textures but I think my natural hair is like a 4c). My hair gets flaky and itchy quick, so I have to wash it every 5-7 days. I used this cowash one week and washed my hair the other week (along with some other new all natural products I am trying) and I must say I had less itching/flaking. Whether its this product, or a combination of all the new products I am using- I cant really tell. This is why I am holding off on the 5 stars.

This stuff smells great and is super nice to use. I have bought it multiple times and will continue to do so. It is super moist and nourishing for all types of hair.

I live for this stuff. I went from natural dark brown to blonde in the fall last year and have since processed my hair a few times to maintain it and the quality of my hair is amazing. My hair stylist always compliments me on how healthy my hair looks. I only shampoo my hair once or twice a week or more if I have been in the pool. I’ve tried other cowashes and this one blows them all away. My hair and scalp are so moisturized. My only complaint is the packaging. The jar is a bit cumbersome in the shower.
