By the time I tried these on it was a couple of weeks past the date to return them. I had ordered a regular size and it turned out the velcro didn't really overlap due to they were a little small for my calves. I realized I should have ordered the XL. I wrote to customer service, and they wrote back the next day. They blessedly said to go ahead and keep the pair I have for a back up and they will send me an XL pair. Now, that is five star excellence in customer service. The product is well made, If you order these, I believe you will be more than satisfied.

Purchased this set for my teenage son to help manage shin splints. I was concerned they wouldn't fit after reading other reviews, but they did. My son likes the ease of use, as he has to ice up to 4 times a day. They freeze quickly and he can continue with his activities wearing them.

Actually did not use them on a person. One of our horses sustained a severe injury due to a neighbor who did not contain their animal. I bought these to wrap around her legs instead of cold hosing. It works really well. And they held up being used on a 900 lb Haflinger. 👍🏻

Definitely should have gone up. Standard size was almost too small with all my swelling but perfect to target needed areas.

Can't wait to use! Well, I hope I never HAVE to use them, but you know what I mean! I hope they fit my big girl legs! I stuck them right into the freezer w/o thinking to try them on! I have had severe pain & discomfort from Peripheral Neuropathy in my feet for years, which is now advancing up past my ankles. I also have some circulation problems which cause deep itchiness & heaviness below my knees. Chill packs have been the only thing to bring the neuropahtic pain under control so I ordered these to add to my collection.
