Well, it's a little bigger than I expected but that's not a bad thing. It will come in handy when I get box braids. I can put all my hair with plenty of extra space, no matter how it's styled. I just can't do that with a normal sized bonnet without putting it first into flat twist/braid (I have mid-back long afro hair).I have a rather big head and the elastic is fine for me. It's a little tight so it doesn't slip but not painful. I think it should be perfect after a few weeks.As it as been pointed out, the inside seems to be cotton and not satin, but you can wear it so the cotton part is outside.

No part of the cap is 'satin'.The outside of the cap is smoother than the inside so you should wear it inside out. Still, it's not satin. It feels more like the smooth material on the inside of a jacket. It does not preserve moisture perfectly, but at least it fits all of my tailbone length wavy/curly hair!

The elastic is way too small and might fit kids that have long braids or dreads...I have to use my sewing skills to undo the hem and add some lenght to the elastic for my normal sized adult head. If the elastic would be bigger it would be ideal...

Awesome hairBonnet / capMuch room and very soft!So nice . You really have to have some big hair if you cannot fit inside this bonnet. I think maybe the band might be too small for the person that bought it. 💕 is GREAT for me and will get more ❤️

Perfect Bonnet really big... And I don’t think the band around it is too tight like some say👍🏾
