Perfect combination of saline and Xylitol rinse powder.
During the Covid disaster, I discovered the drug Xylitol which is used to break up mucous in your nose. It usually comes in a spray bottle. I have always used saline rinse anyway to keep a frontal sinus, which I had surgery to keep it open, from plugging and causing a URI. Now that the saline rinse contains Xylitol, it treats two problems with one flush. Perfect for those who need to rinse your sinuses.

Works way better than expected
This is my first time purchasing and using this product or anything similar to it. I was having a terrible time with my sinuses. I could barely breathe and most of the time I would have to breathe through my mouth. My only relief was the nasal sprays, but it only brought temporary relief. My sleep was affected due to the fact that I was waking up every night, gasping for air, and I would also wake up with a sore throat. I would always hear good things about the sinus rinse and never tried it. So it is pretty simple to use. I have only used it once and it causes a weird feeling temporarily and for me it left behind A salty after taste. But that only lasted for maybe an hour. Ever since I first use my sinuses have been issue free for over a month and a half. No need for a second application. This product is amazing and I wish I would have used this many years ago.
