CLEANSE on the go 3 Day Juice - Just Add Water & Enjoy - 21 Single Serving Powder Packets

This was my second time doing the cleanse. The first one was a 3 day juice cleanse. I really like this juice cleanse, it’s a good way to get back on track with eating healthy. It comes with 4 different powered juices that you add to water: REVIVAL- which is beets and berry, DETOX- greens and apple, AWAKENING- pineapple/mango and VITALITY- pumpkin/carrot. REVIVAL- is good, it’s the new formula and it’s not as shocking red and I remembered from the last one. I didn’t taste berry so much as the beets but it has a sweet and pleasant taste. DETOX- is very green tasting, but it was very refreshing when mixed with the cold water. It did look gross but like I said it was refreshing as quite smooth. AWAKENING: this one is very fruity, didn’t really taste pineapple or mango but it still tasted like a fruity sweet mix. I liked this one but you have to drink fast, as it seemed to separate. If you don’t drink it fast, just keep shaking it before you drink. VITALITY: I just didn’t care for this one. It did not taste very well and the second day I ended up skipping this one the 2nd time. OK so I’m sure a lot of people want to know, no it doesn’t make you go running to the bathroom. I did noticed I peed a little bit more but other than that I had no adverse side effects. I has a little hungry the first day so I did have a few baby carrots. This cleanse is good to take away that gross bloating feel and always helps me to get back on track with eating healthy. The day after I finished the cleanse, I felt so much less bloated and I have been eating less. Although the day after I finished I noticed I was going to the bathroom more but I think it was my body just getting rid of the toxins that were left. Overall, I would recommend this product and would use again. I don’t think one day is enough to get the toxins out of you and sometimes 3 days is a lot to commit too. This would be great for anyone wanting to try a cleanse for the first time.

This juice cleanse is amazing. First and most important (to me at least), it tastes fantastic. I've had a lot of fresh juices that were like swamp water. This is nothing like that. The Awakening and Vitality flavors are refreshing. The Revival is rich, almost tastes like a cold soup. The Detox is very vegetal but has a lot of bright notes in it to keep it from tasting like mud. It's the best 'greens' juice I've had. They are all filling, especially the Revival and Detox. I sometimes find myself playing 'catch-up' because I forgot to drink all my juice and it's time for the next! I do this cleanse as a 'reset' when my body out-of-whack. It helps regulate my sleep, keeps me on schedule, and clears the fog in my brain. It's also great for my digestive system and any bloating I might be having. I really like that it's easy to follow and the packets go anywhere. One tip I can give is for the 'heartier' juices, the Revival and Detox: When you dissolve them, add a little at a time and shake. It will prevent clumping. If anything does clump, don't worry, it dissolves pretty fast. And with all the juices, keep shaking them from time to time to keep all that YUM in circulation!

This is a GREAT one day cleanse, even for people who are not habitual cleansers! Favorite aspects: it’s EASY. Just add to a water bottle and shake - this is a godsend for people who are always going 100 miles an hour, like me. Another highlight: you drink a rotation of 4 different flavors over the course of the day at 2 hour intervals. I, personally, really enjoyed this because it kept me from getting bored or snacky. And most importantly: I never got hunger pangs in the pit of my stomach and I had enough energy to get through the day. I am no stranger to hunger headaches or the 2pm crash, so that is what impressed me the most. That, and the fact that I actually felt really refreshed the next day! Who knows if it was just in my head haha, but who cares, as long as the experience was enjoyable and I felt good afterwards!

I tried this product over the weekend and it worked pretty well. I had read some reviews saying the juices tasted terrible, but I didn’t think it was that bad. I used 16 oz of water with mine. The taste isn’t pleasant, but it’s not unbearable in the least; it was easy to drink. I didn’t do the cleanse completely as I did eat one clean meal per day (eggs, vegetables, and fruit), but I lost 2 pounds. I’d definitely use this product again and recommend it. There was so much juice to drink it was hard to be hungry.

I'm a soon to be 38 year old mother of two, working two jobs and in graduate school. For the past several months I have been changing my relationship with food and am a pescatarian vegan (no dairy only animal products I eat are seafood). I also don't consume sweeteners (with the exception of maple syrup from time to time). Most cleanses use honey or other sweeteners that's why I tried this 3 Day Juice Cleanse on the Go as it has no sweeteners of any kind added. I also liked that it had no fillers and was made from quality and natural ingredients. I did the 3 day cleanse and only had a few raw veggies the second day as a snack. I have pictures below of the 4 different juice packets & the nutrition labels. All I did each morning was take out the packets for the day, write the number order (1-8and the time I was to drink each (I copied this info from the side of the box-however, having a small card to put in my pocket would be helpful). I then grabbed a water bottle and filled it with 16 oz of water and was off for the day. Between juices, I would rinse out my water bottle and then refill it with water for the next packet. You should shake them well to ensure the packet fully dissolves. My favorite flavor was the Revival which was a yummy blend of beets and berries (I like beets so that's probably why it was my favorite). Next, the Detox juice was very green and healthy tasting-I still enjoyed it but those of you not used to green smoothies this one might be the one you want to quick chug down. :-) The third flavor was Awakening-which tastes like mango more than pineapple. The fourth and last flavor was Vitality which to me was the mild flavor which was a subtle carrot and pumpkin flavor. To me, the carrot flavor stood out way more than the pumpkin. The cleanse helped me drink way more fluids than I usually do (16 oz every 2 hours). I definitely urinated more often but nothing crazy. I was also on a regular bowel movement schedule before the cleanse and this didn't change must during the cleanse. Warning TMI about to occur: I will say that my number 2 was more like soft serve and came out way easier which was nice!) After the 3-day cleanse I felt my stomach was flatter and my skin looked more hydrated and clearer. I also didn't drink any caffeine for the entire 3-day cleanse (usually I have an expresso or Earl Gray Tea) and I wasn't sluggish in the morning nor did I crash during my evening Graduate school class. I really had high energy and felt really good. Next time I try this cleanse I think I will use my blender and mix with a combo of water and crushed ice to make more of a thicker smoothie consistency-especially for the Awakening and Vitality flavors as they had a pretty mild flavor and I think a thick drink would be interesting to try out. I will do this cleanse again in the future-it was easy, tasted good, and I saw results!
